It may not have been a big arcade hit, but this is still a very strong contender in the sweaty world of video-game wrestling. While there are none of the sport's trademark gimmicks, you get 12 brawlers and over 50 attacks.

Natsume delivers a terrific wrestling game to home systems. This cart features 12 original characters, all complete with special moves and dozens of regular moves. The neat thing about this wrestling game is that executing a move is not based on how fast you press the buttons, but on the timing of when you press the buttons. There are five different types of wrestling games to choose from, including a Round Robin where you can have up to six players mixing it up tournament style. Tag team match-ups are a blast and make this game an all-around intense wrestling experience.

If you think you've seen all that wrestling games have to offer, think again. This group of washed-out, overweight superstars shouldn't even be wrestling. They should be doing time.

ProTip: The Flying Drop Kick is the easiest move to master, and it's one that gets results.

Natsume Championship Wrestling looks and plays like an eight-bit pretender. The undersized sprites and the run- of-the-mill moves are as unsatisfying as the bad music and poor sound effects. Maybe this is what it's really like when you go to a wrestling match.

Kids and true wrestling fanatics may enjoy this boring imitator, but don't count on it to satisfy them for long. Pin this one to the mat, and don't let it up until it screams "Uncle."
