Well we all know Jurassic Park right? The movie where dinosaurs were real and attacking people. The movie was so popular that they decided to make a Genesis game based on it. It was very popular so they decided to make a sequel to it, called Jurassic Park Rampage Edition.

As in the last game, you can pick either Dr Alan Grant or a Velociraptor. It is a platform game where you have to collect all the dinosaur samples.

In Jurassic Park Rampage Edition there are two separate characters to play as and they have different routes, so playing the game is never the same twice. And even if you have seen both endings, you'll want to play the game over and over and over and over and over and, you get the idea.

Both characters have their own stories. As Grant, you must go back to Isla Nublar (where all the trouble started in the first game), and retrieve some very precious dinosaur specimens. As the Raptor, you just have to escape from Jurassic Park.

Jurassic Park Rampage Edition is a 3rd person side-scrolling shooter. You will be battling against velociraptors, raptors, pterodactyls, triceratops, a T-Rex and those really some carnivore dinosaurs (can not remember what they are called). The levels are well thought out and various dinosaurs DNA is hidden in each level (the DNA is not essential to the game its just there to collect). Your adventure will take place on a savanna, a boat an aviary and more.

The levels are also well designed and range from climbing down an aviary to riding a dinosaur through a savanna to driving a boat down rapids or you can play as a raptor. The variety of gameplay is truly incredible. There are a plethora of weapons to obtain throughout the game that stay with you on your whole adventure. They range from the shotgun to the machine gun to the very lame tranquilizer gun. There is a tranquilizer gun, shotgun, an awesome machine gun, stun gun, rocket launcher, grenades and the fabulous flame thrower!

Destroying the dinosaurs is so fun!
