What keys are used on the PC to control games written for the Sega and rewritten to run on the PC?

I have found spacebar – block, shift – jump, control – fire/hit, enter – start game pause game

In specific, what controls are used with 688 Attack Submarine? I can only get to the very beginning of the mission, go to the radio room, get mission orders, then nothing after that. I can not get the game to run, although the game timer in the lower right corner runs..
