Hunting Horn

As I write this Hunting Horn from what I understand is under 50 percent complete. Still, this is such an interesting gay furry lewd visual novel that I felt like I had to talk about it! This is a game that is hard to find info on as when you search for it another game comes up! Anyway, the developer seems to have a grasp on where they want this XXX crime drama story to go and so far, I have been really enjoying the ride it has taken me on.

Cleaning Up The Streets

Hunting Horn is a game that is very character driven. Weiss is a cop who is just starting his career in the city of Warreton. Warreton is not exactly the best place in the world and when he stumbles across a criminal deal, he ends up thrust into the middle of a conspiracy! Plus, there is this “internal” struggle that he is dealing with too. The story has a lot going on and at the moment the translation is a bit on the rough side, but I do think there is something here and I am excited to see where it goes.

Different Strokes For Different Folks!

This is a game that has many different characters, there are eight characters that we are going to experience in Hunting Horm and we get to see the city and story from their point of view. Let me tell you, this game is not for those that are easily offended, there is extreme violence, rape, and a lot of gore in this story. It gives it a very gritty and brutal kind of vibe and I think once the translation gets cleaned up it is going to be something very interesting. Yes, these are animal/furry characters, but they are so incredibly well written.

Real Furry Men!

As Hunting Horn is a gay furry story, it goes without saying that the characters are dudes here. These are all done in high quality 3D and they look fantastic. I like how they have gone for a more realistic look. Most furry games like this tend to go the cartoon route and that is great, but the whole style of this game makes it stand out from the rest. Now, with, while I do think the characters look great. Seeing a super jacked body with a realistic looking tiger or leopard head on it is not exactly something I find sexy, still, I can appreciate the artistic talent to bring them to life.

Staying On The Straight And Narrow

Even in the early stage of development that Hunting Horn is in as I write this, there is a solid amount of gameplay here. This is a choice based lewd visual novel and the choices you make can alter the path you go down. Some characters have more content than others at the moment, but the intent is to flesh out all of the character paths as the game moves along development. What I liked about the choices I was being given was that I actually felt like they mattered. Some of them even feel like they are major life or death type choices.

Pros:

• The story is shaping up really nicely
• We get to experience different characters' points of view
• There are big hunky buff bodies!
• I like how it feels like a violent crime drama

Cons:

• The realistic animal heads are not all that sexy for me
• The game is being worked on, but it is moving along rather slowly
