I am going to do you a solid here and tell you to play Sex Faculty for the amazing XXX content. If you come into the game with the intent of just doing so to check out all the lewd content and the story is kind of just there, you will have a far better time with it. I got sucked into this one as I had been following it for a while and the idea of a lewd visual novel with detective like crime solving sounded awesome and I do think that there is a great idea here. However, what we have here is ultimately a game that is all about the T and A if you know what I am saying.

What Kind Of College Is This?

Want me to tell you what the deal with the story in Sex Faculty is? Hey, I wish I could because I have zero idea what the actual hell is going on here. The game takes place at a college, but these people that you come across are mostly as dumb as a bag of rocks and I think saying that they graduated high school would be a push! The idea of having to try and crack cases and solve problems on campus is a good one, but the execution here is all over the freaking place. If you try and find logic and make sense of it, you will not have a good time, instead, I suggest you just roll with the punches and laugh at all the absurdness of it.

Hot People Having Hot Sex

Make no mistake about it, visually, Sex Faculty is a 10/10 game! If you want hot lewd content, you can do way worse than this and I would argue that you would struggle to top it. The character renders in this game are crazy, going for a more realistic style, it makes it a game that has a very high quality porn look to it. I would wager that most people get pulled into this game because of the visuals and that is a good thing as it is the best thing this game has going for it. The sex scenes are all animated and the animation is very smooth, the whole game manages to be erotic, sexy, and pretty damn horny all rolled into one.

Didn’t She Have Piercings Before?

While I just heaped a ton of praise on the visuals of Sex Faculty I do have to say that there are some inconsistencies, but rather than ruining the game, I found them kind of funny. For example, one chick had normal nipples one moment and then piercings the next! A monster penis looks like an average one the next. Little things like this will probably go unnoticed by most people, but they are something I got a little chuckle out of and they are kind of appropriate given how all over the place the story and the weird characters in the game are too.

Cracking The Case

It is a real shame that the story of Sex Faculty is all over the place as the visuals are fantastic and I do think that they had some great ideas with the gameplay here. What we have is a lewd visual novel with some extra gameplay elements sprinkled on top. To start with, you have to get the characters off which makes the sex scenes hot and gives a bit of “gameplay” to some of the erotic content. You have to put together your report as you solve the case too, this is something that I thought was neat and if the story had made more sense, I think this could have been a pretty awesome gameplay mechanic.

Pros:

• There are lots of attractive characters in the game
• They had some interesting ideas for the gameplay

• I found the story to be a complete mess from start to end
• There are some funny inconsistencies with the visuals here and there
