SunSity

SunSity is one of those games that I want to like so, so bad! To be fair, this as of me writing this review has only been out for a few days so the game is quite limited in what it is offering at the moment. However, while I think the premise of the game is quite good and I am always someone who is willing to give a lewd sandbox style of game a chance and I hope that when this game is eventually updated it will have some major quality of life improvements made.

Living The Life I Was Born To Live!

So far, SunSity does not really have much of a story for you to engage with. You are just a horny dude that is looking to nail as many people as you can and lucky for you. You are living in a town that just so happens to have a ton of sexy chicks of all ages, body types, and personalities that you can try your luck with. To be fair, the game is not trying to be story driven, they tell you upfront that it is meant to be a sandbox style of game.

Hairy Balls

At first, I thought this was a great looking game. It has some excellent renders and it has some very sexy character models. SunSity though does not have any properly animated sex scenes, but it does try to emulate motion by changing the renders, it does not really work. While I do like the female characters, the hairy balls that the main character has are super weird, like why when you are making a lewd game is hairy balls something that you decide you are going to spend time making? The ladies are hot and I am sure that more animation will be added as the game moves along development, but shave those balls man!

Check Out My Stats

I know I said this was a sandbox style of game and it is, but interestingly, SunSity is also a survival game. You have various stats that you need to keep an eye on in the form of, stamina, food, water, joy, and so on. Each lady has certain stats and getting her naked and willing to have sex with you means you have to work on her stats as well as yours.

I love the idea of this, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. A great example of this is the way that the game handles food. You have to buy food, to fill the refrigerator up to make sure that your stats do not get too low. The thing is, you have to do this manually, one click at a time. Actually, the whole game, everything you do is one click at a time. It is not so much a grind as it is a chore.

Pros:

• The game has some great looking ladies
• The whole idea about the stats is good
• I liked how diverse the ladies were
• Some of the dialogue is pretty funny

Cons:

• Hairy balls!!!
• The game needs to be streamlined to make it less of a chore
