Building up a reputation

You start the game out at the bottom of the ladder, not knowing anyone in the city and trying to make a name for yourself. You’ll come across all kinds of unique characters and depending on how you interact with them, you might end up with a good reputation or a bad one.

Certain choices you make in the game will also have an effect on your reputation, so be wary of how you act in general. If your goal is to be well-known and loved, just try to be friendly and positive with as many people as possible and you’ll get there in no time. However, if you’d rather misbehave a bit and be mischievous, that’s okay too, though you may find yourself in some crazy situations down the line if you’re not careful.

Hearing all the gossip

As you drive various passengers around, you can choose to converse with them or stay silent and enjoy the peace and quiet. In general, though, talking to passengers is more fun, so I’d definitely recommend it, especially seeing as you get to hear all kinds of gossip and learn about what’s going on in the city. Who knows, maybe you’ll come across information that’ll help you in your quest for wealth and status?

Pimp out your ride

As mentioned earlier, you get to pimp out your taxi however you like, but what does this mean exactly? Well, you’ve got different tires to choose from, different designs for the outside of your taxi, and you can even add other fun accessories like spoilers and such. Ultimately your taxi still needs to be recognizable as a taxi, so there are some limitations to what you can change, but you really do get plenty of choices when it comes to personalizing your ride, so I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
