Tessa

Tessa is a very short, but memorable lewd visual novel that I was kind of hesitant to play, but I am glad I did. I was put off by how young the main character looked, but when you play the game, it all makes sense. I think that as we live in a world that is seeing AI become more and more advanced a story like this is something that can interest most people. It is also a great lewd visual novel to play if you are short on time as it is over fairly quickly.

Robots In Disguise

The story of Tessa is the best thing about this game. We play as an inspector for a company that deals with military black budgets, the kind of things that the public does not need to know about. There is a facility that is working on advanced robots with AI and their latest model that is called T3554 (Tessa) is said to be able to pass the Turning test and pretty much pass for being human, you are the one who will ultimately decide that.

Ex Machina

If you have seen the movie Ex Machina what I just described to you about the story of Tessa will probably sound very familiar. The story is very much like that where we start to grow attached to Tessa. While Tessa is awesome, it was the milf character that I liked best and actually wish I got to spend a bit more time with her as she was a fantastic character. A friend of mine who played through this game had the same thoughts. So hopefully the developer will read this and make a game based on her!

Going Great…. Then BOOM!

How many times have you watched a movie, read a book, got invested in a TV show, or even a game that has a great story, and then the ending comes out of nowhere? That is what happened when I was playing Tessa. This is a lewd visual novel and there are many paths that the story can go down. So, while it is short, it gives you a reason to play through it more than once. The thing is, the lewd visual novel gameplay is great, but the endings that I got felt completely out of the left field and did not really fit in with the story I was experiencing. Perhaps the developer was rushed for time and had to just get a few endings out?

Not Quite What You Think

Some lewd games have teenage characters and that is great, you can clearly tell that they are 18 or 19 or in some cases look even older. When I saw the first screenshot of Tessa, I was a little worried that she was going to be way too young for me to like. However, I never found her sexy, but I still liked her character render. Now, the big boobed, big butt mommy milf on the other hand… hell yeah! The game looks great, the facials here are very well done and make the characters look more real. In all, the visuals complement the interesting sci-fi story very well.

Pros:

• I found the story to be very good
• Tessa is a very interesting AI character
• I loved the “mom” character as well
• The game looks incredible

Cons:

• The endings I got felt very strange and unconnected from the game I had just played
• I can see why some may find Tessa a little too young looking for a game like this
