Tribunal: Elder Scrolls III Morrowind Expansion Pack

As if the world's largest single player RPG needed an expansion pack, Tribunal makes itself available to the gaming community, specifically for the five gamers who actually completed the game.

The first thing players need to know if they want to play this expansion is, IT IS VERY, VERY HARD! The expansion is specifically designed for players who have logged plenty of time in on the host game, if not those who have beaten the game (yes, you need Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind to play).

New features to the expansion include improved bartering functions, being able to purchase pack animals to haul all your stuff, new journal features and the ability to hire mercenaries to fight along side of you. Although I doubt I need to mention it, I will. Yes, it also includes new monsters, weapons and armor. Also, for those readers who know what I'm talking about, you should know that you will get to meet the other two immortals that are spoken about in the original game but never seen. The Tribunal expansion pack also includes patches to fix some of the errors that occur with the original game.

Visually, Tribunal is a beautiful game. I only have a 64mb graphics card on my machine and yet, I was routinely blown away by the textures and clean lines the game offers. Monsters too, look fabulous and I could never get over the complexities the game offers visually. You can touch and collect tons of items, find clever places and things, and run like hell from some really nasty creatures.

If I have one complaint it would be that this expansion, as well as the original, can be daunting in its scope. The game can really get you down, as its missions are often overwhelming. But Bethesda made this one for the truly good gamers and anyone who isn't will fall by the wayside.

Tribunal is as in depth of a game as they come, and for an expansion, it's longer and more detailed then most other retail RPG's. Clocking in at around 30 hours, Tribunal is an intense edition to the original game. Our scoring system has never been better represented than by this game. A game that should only be attempted by the hardest of hardcore RPG players, Tribunal is the epitome of single player role-playing.
