As I am sitting here writing this Tyrant Quest - Gold Edition review it is early 2023 and I have already played a ton of lewd visual novels. Right off the bat, I am telling you that this is one of the best lewd visual novels I have played this year and in the last few years actually! It is a fantastic lewd dark fantasy story that had me right from the start and it was a true joy to play, I even ended up playing through this twice!

The Dark Lord Awakens!

The main character in Tyrant Quest - Gold Edition is The Dark Lord. The Dark Lord is a badass entity that has been sealed away for many, many years, but the familiar of his main squeeze, a succubus called Lili has freed him and now he is out for revenge! He is in a weakened state as a powerful artifact was stolen from him and before he can get his revenge, he needs to go on a quest to get this artifact back!

A Queen For His Side

A huge part of The Dark Lord’s comeback in Tyrant Quest - Gold Edition is him needing to find a loyal and sexy woman to rule by his side. However, as The Dark Lord has a rather high sex drive, he may just end up having a whole harem of women to give him pleasure when he wants it. Thankfully, these chicks are so into this evil dark stud that they are more than happy to be part of his sexy harem. The story is a fun dark fantasy story and while it may be a bit long winded in places, I liked how well developed the characters were.

More Than A One And Done

I have played many lewd visual novels that as soon as I have completed it, even if it does have more than one ending, I know I am done with it. Tyrant Quest - Gold Edition is different. Not only does this have multiple paths and endings for you to experience depending on the choices you make. You actually get invested in what is going on here, I know that I was completely pulled into this world and as I write this I am about to start a third playthrough of the game. It is typical lewd visual novel stuff where you make choices, but the choices feel like they do matter.

Questing Looks And Makes Me Feel Good!

To say that Tyrant Quest - Gold Edition is a fantastic looking game is a massive understatement! The different female characters all have their own sexy looks about them, but what I love is that the characters in this game are so expressive. I am not just talking about when they are naked and bent over! The game does a great job of making sure the ladies have very expressive faces which helps get the point of the story over even more. There is a ton of lewd content in the game and it is some of the finest I have seen in a very long time.

I really could not have been any more impressed with Tyrant Quest - Gold Edition. I had a feeling that this was going to be a game that I liked, but it was even better than I imagined it would be. The story being told here is great and with so many branching paths and endings, it gives you a lot of reasons to come back and play through it again. Plus, the whole Dark Lord thing and sexy followers that you add to your ranks is impossible not to get into!
