Erahunter

Erahunter is a fun lewd RPG that sadly is unfinished and what we have is basically all it is ever going to be. Now that may set alarm bells off ringing, but actually, there is a decent amount of content here, I spent a few hours with it and had a good time while playing it. I decided that the game was good enough for me to share the word and get a few people more to play it. Perhaps, if enough people play this it may give the developer a shot in the arm to perhaps give this another try.

Monster Hunter In Training

The main character in Erahunter is awesome! She is called Era and she has a ton of personality and is a main character that I feel they could do more with. Anyway, she lives in a fantasy world and there are all kinds of monsters that need to be put in their place. The thing is, Era is a monster hunter in training so she is not exactly the best equipped to do so, however, she has a feisty spirit and a can do attitude and she sets out on her journey!

Making Me Laugh And Hot

The whole schtick of Erahunter is a lot of fun and I think that you can tell the developer was having a lot of fun with this. The humor here is right on point and the game has some great humor, such as Era losing her undies and having to go around pretty much naked. The game is not taking itself too seriously and I had a lot of fun with this wacky story that it was telling. Again, it is not finished so it does kind of leave you hanging, but what is here is good stuff.

So Much Style And Personality

The visuals of Erahunter are awesome! It does have that RPG Maker kind of style about it that is what it is. The character sprites are a lot of fun and the game just has so much personality that you cannot help, but get sucked into this fun fantasy world. The XXX content though is truly next level stuff! I am not usually into seeing hot chicks getting banged by monsters, but this game does it well and I think that is because the humor is right on point so I did not find it gross or anything like that.

Short, But So Cute And Sweet

As I said there is not a ton of content here in Erahunter as the game was ditched by the developer. I think this is what I would describe as RPG lite. You basically walk around the world map, chatting with people, fighting monsters, and getting into various mishaps. I love the way that the game plays on the fact that Era is innocent and naive and it makes playing as her and going around on this short adventure a lot of fun. As I reached the end of what was on offer here, I was having a great time and would have happily kept on playing more if there was more to play.

• I loved the jokey and fun nature of the story
• The gameplay is fun and easy to get into
• This is just a joy to play

• There is only a few hours of content before the game ends
• The game I feel is more “cute” than it is sexy

I have played some charming hentai games in my time, but Erahunter is one of the most charming. This is a Patreon funded game and one that the developers say is in the “random hentai situations” genre. I am not 100 percent sure what that means to be honest with you guys, but I can tell you that this is a fun and sexy RPG that once it gets its hands on you will not let go!

I Wanna Be The Very Best

The basics of the story are that old-time classic. You know, a girl grows up, a girl becomes hot, girl wants to be the best monster hunter in the entire land! The girl in question here is Era. Era has a lot of personality to her and I found myself liking her. I will say that she walks that line of hot, but does not know it very well. The game has a few twists and turns here and there, but for the most part, the story is about Era going from place to place, getting quests and taking down monsters to improve her skills and help people.

Final Erotic Fantasy

The visual presentation of Erahunter is great. I grew up with old-school RPGs and clearly, the good folks who have put this game together did as well. I get a very Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest vibe from the visuals. They have a kind of 16 or even 32-bit look and quality to them, but there is just so much charm here it is impossible not to smile. Now yes, there is a lot of sexiness here in the game, but it is not as explicit as other lewd games I have played and, in this case, I feel that yes is more.

I Will Help You

Look, in terms of gameplay I will say that what we have here with Erahunter is a rather basic RPG, but that does not mean it is a bad thing. The game has you talking to various people to move the story along and get quests. You have a handy quest log which splits the quests into main and side quests. I like this as some RPGs can turn into a “what the hell am I supposed to do?” kind of game, but that is not the case here at all and that is something I do like a lot.

The combat system in play here is again basic, but also rather fun. When you enter a battle if you have played an old school Final Fantasy game before you will feel right at home. It is turn based and you can choose to attack, guard or use an item. It is simple stuff, but I actually do like that about the game. Those wanting something more “epic” may be a tad disappointed.

Overall, I think that Erahunter is a solid little RPG with just enough sexiness to make it count. I liked Era as a character and I did actually like how streamlined and scaled back most of the gameplay mechanics were. This is a very interesting throwback to those old Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest games.
