Chobits

Chobits is a visual novel about the relationship between humans and persocoms (human-shaped personal computers). The plot revolves around Hideki Motosua, a poor student who accidentally finds a discarded persocom - an android in the shape of a girl. He names her Chii. Hideki soon discovers that Chii is different from ordinary persocoms: she has no standard programs and can develop her emotions and personality. The story explores their relationship, the mystery of Chii's origins and her special abilities, and the theme of love between man and machine.
