Piofiore: Episodio 1926 is a visual adventure novel in which the player joins the mafia circles on behalf of the orphan Lilian Adornato and gets involved in clan affairs. Stolen jewels, redistribution of zones of influence, and romance hidden from the eyes of outsiders all await the player.
