Wifey’s Dilemma Revisited

Wifey’s Dilemma Revisited is a very well made and high end lewd adventure game that has a solid story, great looking characters, and far deeper gameplay than you may be expecting. I came into this game expecting a fairly standard lewd visual novel, but the game ended up being far more than that. It has a great deal of replay value and I have played through the game twice and still not seen everything that is has to offer. I could easily see myself coming back to this at some point for a third playthrough as I found it that entertaining.

A Sham Marriage… Or Something Real?

The premise of the story in Wifey’s Dilemma Revisited is actually a lot of fun and very well executed. We play as a young man and we agree to marry our childhood best friend so that she can stay in the country. This is a sham marriage that is for sure, but we have always had feelings for her, but we have never tried to make a move. Now that we are married, perhaps we can take this sham marriage and make it something real. There are many ways that the story can go and you can even turn on the option to have her as a “hotwife” if you want at the start of the game, which will add more scenes and endings.

Trying To Make The Right Choices

There is your standard lewd visual novel gameplay at play here in Wifey’s Dilemma Revisited. The game does throw a lot of choices your way and this is one of those games where I truly did feel like the choices I was making were affecting the way things would progress. Granted some choices are bigger than others, but I always found myself thinking for a moment or two before I would decide on what I wanted to say or what I wanted to do. Scenes can be changed dramatically or can be completely different depending on the things that you do.

Stats And Traits!

The lewd visual novel gameplay in Wifey’s Dilemma Revisited is very well done, but there is a deeper gameplay system here. You have a stat system where the character we play as has three stats, Intelligence, physique, and charisma. Certain things you do will boost certain stats and certain paths in the game or actions will require one of these stats to be at a certain level. Oh wait, the gameplay goes deeper than that! You can also assign traits to your green card wife and doing this can radically change the way she is, for example, she may want to experience new things or she may be a bit more reserved. You also have “love points” the higher these are, the more likely the relationship will turn real. There is even a strange political system at play in regards to your job with one side allowing you to snoop on people with technology and the other helping make your love points increase and your stats rise faster.

A Hotwife For Sure!

The wife in Wifey’s Dilemma Revisited is the star when it comes to the characters. She is truly gorgeous and manages to walk the fine line of being cute, but also very sexy. They did a great job with her facial expressions and of course, she has a dream body. The rest of the characters are ok looking, but it is the wife who is the best and as the game is about the wife, that does make sense. Now, the one area where I feel that this game is lacking is with the XXX content, hey, it looks fantastic and thanks to how involved you are with the game thanks to that deep gameplay, you really do feel connected to the sex scenes. However, they are all just still images, there are no animated sex scenes in the game. This is something I do hope is added with an update at some point.

• The story has many different paths
• The wife is an absolute babe
• The stat and point system of the gameplay adds a lot of depth

Cons:

• I wish the game had animated sex scenes
• It can be hard to know what stats to focus on to go down a particular path
