Curt Maddox is an erotic visual novel that tells the story of one very ordinary sheriff in the Wild West. The town of Snake Valley needs a sheriff, just like any small prairie town. However, Sheriff Curt Maddox isn't too concerned with keeping order in the town, being just about the only problem the townspeople have.

A secret drug dealer, seducer and gambler, the sheriff is worse than the sheriff, but Kurt is loved in the town and he has to maintain his reputation at least sometimes.
