Sombionic (By Melany)

Sombionic is a lewd 3rd person shooter that I think has a ton of potential. The game is probably going to take you an hour tops to beat so it is not like it is some kind of massive time sink. I will say that it does feel more like a proof of concept or even an early demo build than a full game. However, even with that being said, if you love 3rd person shooters and love big bouncy boobs, I think that this is well worth your time checking out.

A World That Is Too Good To Be True

There is very little in the way of story in Sombionic. We play as a scientist who lives in this world where humans are messing with modifications and it has led to an army of modified humans and monsters causing all kinds of trouble in the world and basically trying to take it over. You get these letters that will pop up that are there to fill out the lore, but none of it really hits you all that hard. Just think of it as this, you are a hot scientist looking to get stronger by killing monsters and messed-up humans!

Shooting And Looting

As far as the gameplay mechanics of Sombionic go, I would say that it feels more like something like Fortnite or even the recent Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League as far as the gunplay goes. You gun down enemies and then you pick up the loot that they drop. Most of the time it is healing items, but there are other items that work as enhancements. You can use these to boost your stats and make you stronger during combat. To be honest with you, the gunplay is solid enough, but your dash is so overpowered. You eventually get into a groove of dashing and then shooting and the enemies never get a chance to touch you! There are “tougher” bosses to face, but with the use of an ability, these also pose very little challenge.

No Chainsaws Or Lollipops Here!

I cannot be the only one who sees a real resemblance between Juliet from Lollipop Chainsaw with our MC in Sombionic! That is not meant as a dig as I love Juliet. She is very easy on the eyes and you can customize her as you progress through the game. While there is pretty much zero character development here from a story point of view. I must say that there was something very likable about this character. Granted, she is very hot and easy on the eyes, but there is just something about her that makes her seem like someone you would want to know…. And have a great deal of sex with.

The Monster Mash Bang!

The XXX content in Sombionic is pretty decent. The best of the game as far as the hot stuff goes is when we have our MC hottie on her own with no clothes on. However, when you damage an enemy enough, you can get in close and have sex with them and they can have sex with you if they get in close. The sex scenes give you a decent amount of control and the game describes them as a kind of mini-game. I am not sure I would go that far, but they were still pretty impressive and they were fully animated. I am not into the monsters banging a hot chick thing, but some of these monsters were not too grotesque so I did not mind all that much.

Pros:

• The 3rd person shooter gameplay is honestly pretty solid
• I liked the stat building aspect of the gameplay
• The main character is so freaking hot and likable
• I feel like they have a good base for a solid game here

Cons:

• The game is severely lacking in content in the version I played
• I have not read anything that points to when the next update will be
