Women's Prison

I am so happy that a buddy of mine turned me onto Women’s Prison as I had an absolute blast with this game! This is a lewd visual novel style of game and one that lets you know in the title what kind of story you are in for here. I have seen a few tv shows about women’s prisons and they have always been entertaining so I was sure a lewd game in this environment had the potential to be something really cool.

Is Orange the New Black?

The story of Women’s Prison is that we are a fairly normal dude who has just been transferred to Baioret Women’s Prison which as the name suggests, is an all female prison. What is weird about this is that we are a dude! This prison is home to some very dangerous ladies and is run by a pretty sadistic warden so we need to keep our wits about us if we are to survive…. And get laid of course!

Bad Girls Gone Bad!

There are six main “love interests” in Women’s Prison that we will be interacting with within the game. There is also the warden and a kind of rival that we have to deal with as well. I feel like they do a good job of making each lady feel like an individual and the game does a good job of letting you feel like you are getting to know each girl. None of these ladies are “good” however, it is ultimately up to you what kind of ending with each girl you end up getting.

I Wish I Could Roll Back!

The gameplay in Women’s Prison is something that I feel does need a bit of work. You see, what we have here is your typical lewd visual novel gameplay. You read the story and then you react. The problem is, it is so easy to run into a dead end in this game and have to restart. There is no way to roll things back so you have to save and then re-load after each choice and while not the biggest deal, it can be a pain in the ass. I think adding a rollback or rewind feature would have been a nice quality of life thing for them to have added into the game.

Bad To The Bone

One thing I am very pleased with in Women’s Prison is the character renders! This game has gone for an animated style to its presentation and it is something I am really digging. It is all very well done and I like the whole anime style look of the game. There is a bit of animation here with the sex scenes and for the most part, it is done rather well. I think that some voice acting would have gone a long way here, oh, I have to say that I love the way that this prison only lets the ladies wear shirts that are about ten sizes too small for them!

Pros:

• I enjoyed the women’s prison setting of the game
• I liked how most of these chicks were pretty damn bad, it made them hotter!
• The presentation is fantastic, very anime in its style
• There are many different story paths so there is a lot of content here

Cons:

• There are a lot of dead ends, game over paths in the story
• I really think this is a game that could have done with some voice acting
