Chasing Sunsets

Not many lewd visual novels can wow me the way that Chasing Sunsets did. This is one of the most impressive looking lewd visual novels that I have ever had the pleasure to play. Yet, while the game is no doubt going to catch your attention thanks to the amazing visuals, the story is something that is also very entertaining too. I had a great time with this one and there are two very distinct endings (all though, I do feel that there should be three) that the game has so you have a reason to play through this twice. Oh, it also has some of the hottest and most realistic lewd content you will ever see too.

A Story That Spans Generations

The plot of Chasing Sunsets is the kind of thing that you really have to experience for yourself. We play as a young man who has to reunite with his step-sister after their parents pass away. The story shows them as kids and it has a few different flashbacks that fill stuff in, going as far back as 15 years prior so it is the kind of story that makes you pay attention. The story goes all over the world and involves business deals, groundbreaking research, and more. It sounds like it would be hard to follow, but while it does have some darker themes in the story, it also has plenty of lighthearted moments too.

I Choose You

While our main character in Chasing Sunsets can hook up with other women in the story. The story is mainly about two love interests. First of all is our step-sister Jaye who I really liked, these two have a very deep connection. Then there is Mallory who is an investigative reporter who has an interest in you and you develop a real interest in her. I think the whole love triangle thing that the game has going on is very well done, but the game does force you to pick between the two. Hey, I get why they did this, but it does give you the impression that you could potentially have them both so I wish that there was a route for that.

Next Level Impressive

I was blown away by the presentation of Chasing Sunsets. I get that some people may say that when a lewd visual novel tries to go as realistic as this they can sometimes look a little plastic, but I did not feel that way at all here. Mallory and Jaye are stunning and I love how they have similar body types, the whole game actually is gorgeous and I loved the different locations that the story takes us. The XXX scenes in the game are animated and they are not these over the top style sex scenes, they are for the most part a bit more on the realistic side and that is something I feel made this story even hotter.

Two Become One

I have lost count of the number of times I have referenced that Spice Girls song, but one more time is certainly not going to hurt. As Chasing Sunsets is a lewd visual novel, you do not have a great deal to do as far as the gameplay goes. There are a few choices here and there, but this is rather close to being a kinetic visual novel. I feel that it gives you just enough choices to make it an actual visual novel if that makes sense.

The game is basically pushing you to go one of two ways as I said before. As I enjoyed this so much though, I played through it a second time, with Mallory being my intended target and I did notice that things did change depending on the choice I made so I give the developer a lot of credit for that. This is a game that I honestly feel has to be played through twice to get the full experience.

• I do wish that there was a “thoruple” ending
• I still cannot decide which LI I liked the best!

Chasing Sunsets is a visual novel in which you have a lot of nice night dates with both people you know and random passers-by.

Plot

The action takes place on a tropical island called Tonalu. Your parents, who are both successful businessmen, are suddenly killed in a car accident. You haven't yet decided how you're going to live your life when suddenly your half-brother and sister come to visit. You had little contact with them while your parents were alive. Now they want a share of the inheritance and have come to live with you in a fancy house. How exactly the relationship will develop in this strange triangle, you will have to decide for yourself.

Gameplay

The developers from Stone Fox Studios offer you to experience new experiences of intimate relationships with virtual girls and women. The result of the communication will directly depend on the dialog phrases you choose. If you manage to seduce someone, a colorful animation of the intercourse will start.
