Gameplay

Horton Bay Stories - Jake is a visual novel, so the gameplay is like this: you look at the pictures, read the characters' conversations, and choose one of three action choices. A series of actions that Jake does will lead him to one of the endings. There are several possible endings in total - so the replay value is pretty great.

Quiet Jake, Jake the Good Guy

Starring Jake, a guy whose adult life is only now starting. Just a few weeks ago he graduated from high school. Jake has lived a quiet and peaceful life. While he was growing up, he was an adequate person who never once hurt anyone. His parents were always reserved, hence Jake's temper. He got a high school education, hovered over his homework, watched YouTube in his spare time, and sometimes went out with the yard boys to kick a ball around. He hung out with his old acquaintances and didn't make any new ones. During that time he managed to get a girlfriend and a best friend. Jake Rogers (or whatever name you want) knew that he would always be with these people, because he had no one dearer than his parents. These people swore their allegiance to him, too. They even agreed to go to the same university.

And if you look deeper?

Jake had been having frequent sleepovers with his girlfriend lately and even felt love, but something inside him began to change as he grew older. He took less and less initiative in socializing and was less likely to accept invitations. Eventually this character trait developed and Jake abruptly came to the realization that he needed a new life...

The new life immediately began to materialize. Jake told no one and took off from his town of Horton Bay:

• A friend didn't know
• His parents wondered where he was
• The best friend in general thought that he had decided to go somewhere warm for a while, and that communication would resume soon, once Rogers returned

Who would have thought it, but Jake had other plans... In fact, Jake wasn't thinking about the feelings of his loved ones.

His lust for sexual intimacy with hotties had been awakened in him. Jake decided within himself that he had to inseminate every babe he liked in some way. It was about quantity, not long-term relationships. In addition, he was worried about everyday life - how to survive in a new place, where to get money for further existence, where to live at all. The player will solve these problems for Jake and help the main character to penetrate under the clothes of girls beauties.
