Living together with Fox Demon

My goodness I was not prepared for the first ending I got while playing Living together with Fox Demon! The description of the game had me thinking that this was going to be a “nice” and sensual kind of story about a man and a demon falling in love. Well, that is kind of here, but this has some pretty damn brutal elements here, I would even go as far as to say horror elements depending on the ending that you get. Still, with that being said, this was a truly amazing experience and one I will not forget in a hurry that is for sure.

A Snowy Trek In The Mountains

The story of Living together with Fox Demon sees us in the snowy mountains and we are pretty helpless. We are about to just give up on making it out of here alive when we come across a cute fox demon called Vivi. Using Vivi’s demon powers, we are able to make it off this snowy mountain to the safety of our home where we start to build a connection with each other. You know the drill in a game like this, it is all about getting to know her better and fall in love with her.

The thing is, Living together with Fox Demon has a lot of nice moments between our MC and Vivi where you truly do feel like there is a connection building between the two of them. However, there are some pretty damn horrific endings that can happen at the end of the game! I was legit shocked by this, but not in a bad way, they are actually really cool and when the second part of this game drops, I am excited to go and try and find all the pieces of Vivi’s soul. However, be warned, this is not the happy-go-lucky romantic story that you may be expecting. Still, I did feel connected enough to Vivi that I was actually pretty devastated by some of the stuff that happened so in that regard I have to say the story here more than did its job.

A Special Kind Of 40 Days

Living together with Fox Demon takes place over the course of 40 days, which means you have 40 days to build up the right amount of affection between you and Vivi. You do things that she does not like and she can become stressed and this can lead to a bad ending. You can take her places, talk to her, have sex with her and that is about it. I am ok with this, but I do wish there was more dialogue here as I did feel like I was doing the same thing over and over again, if there was more different stuff that was being said, I think this would have been ok. As of me writing this, the game does end on a massive cliffhanger so hopefully, we will not have to wait too long for the sequel.

Foxy Lady

I fell in love with Vivi pretty much as soon as she showed up in Living together with Fox Demon. She is so nice to look at and she has such a cute look on her face, she is not the only demonic babe in the game, but I will not spoil that for you. The whole game has a very high end look about it, it looks like the work of some kind of master artist and the XXX scenes are great, especially if you build up a connection to Vivi as they feel so much better. Although, there is arguably what could be classed as a forced sex scene felt a little out of place if I am being honest, however, that could have been me reading the scene wrong.

• I liked trying to gain her affection
• The endings in this game are shocking, truly shocking!

Cons:

• That forced sex scene was not for me
• Where the heck is the second part of this story!

Living together with Fox Demon is an erotic visual novel about a demon and a man who are forced to live together. The protagonist, a simple mountain dweller, negligently failed to get home before a terrible snowstorm. In his attempts to get home, the hero stumbles upon a girl, who is very distinguished by her light clothes and fluffy silver tail. Out of pity, the hero takes her home, not realizing that he will have to spend the next 40 days with a demonic fox.
