I was surprised to see that The Harem Life of Peerless Swordsmen got a full release on steam! This is a lewd RPG and one that is pretty much brand-new as I write this. I will be honest with you and say that I have no idea what the heck is going on with the story, but the gameplay, combat system, and art are all very well done and I have found myself keep coming back to this over the last week.

What Are The Golden Wings?

There are some real translation issues with the story that The Harem Life of Peerless Swordsmen is trying to tell. I say this because I tried and I mean really tried to make sense of what was going on, but I had no freaking clue! The main character is a man called Nick and he has come to a fantasy land to try and get these “Golden Wings”, he comes across three main female characters that will help him on his quest.

Three Queen Bees!

The three main female characters in The Harem Life of Peerless Swordsmen are fantastic. We have Leslie, Josephine, and Pandora. Pandora is my personal favorite. She is super-hot, has giant boobs, and runs a casino. You are trying to get close to each girl as you would expect and there are dialogue sections where you can try and do this, but like the main story, due to the translation, this was quite hard for me to do.

Tiny Turn Based Combat

The Harem Life of Peerless Swordsmen is a typical lewd RPG where you explore the world, get items, and so on. What I really want to focus on though is the combat which is pretty damn excellent. You are free to avoid characters if you want, but when you do engage in combat, it is turn based and it feels great. The AI is smart, but not cheap and you can use some fun tactics to try and win. I also get a kick out of how you are using your chibi world map style character in the combat sections.

Portrait Of Beauty

I really like the visuals of The Harem Life of Peerless Swordsmen. The character portraits and the main look of the game are fantastic. It has a very stylish fantasy kind of thing going on and the lewd content that you get in the game is great. The enemy designs are decent and in all, I am really into the whole style that this game has going on. Some of the lewd scenes are a bit “fluid” heavy for my liking, but that is a personal preference kind of thing.

I have had a good time with The Harem Life of Peerless Swordsmen. I think that this is a lewd RPG where they have pretty much done a great job of nailing the gameplay mechanics. I really do not see what they could do to make the gameplay better, to be honest with you. I just wish that the story was easier to follow as I feel like there could be a good mystery type thing going on here…. If I could follow it!
