The Silver Case is an unsolved case of serial murders of officials that put the Tokyo police in a deadlock. The perpetrator managed to get away unpunished, but after 20 years of absence, he started killing again. Experienced detective Tetsugoro Kusabi is forced to take up the case again, along with enterprising rookie Sumio Kodai.
