Zombie Girl

Zombie Girl is a lewd 3rd person shooter and while it has some pretty “interesting” reviews out there, I have to say, this is actually better than many people give it credit for. I am not saying that this is an amazing game, especially when you compare it to other higher quality 3rd person shooters. However, if you want some big boobs bouncing around as you lay waste to horde after horde of zombies and monsters, you really cannot go wrong with this one. I played through all the scenarios and I was expecting it to be janky as hell, but that honestly was not the case at all.

Getting To The Bottom Of It

Look, I will not lie to you fine folks, Zombie Girl has a very “budget game” feel to it in pretty much every regard and that starts with the story. There is not exactly a great deal of story here, despite the official page for the game claiming otherwise. To be fair, what we have here is a perfectly serviceable “zombie” story. We are a special agent that finds ourselves stuck in the middle of this zombie virus outbreak. We are not just trying to survive and kill as many of these creatures as possible, we are also trying to find out what caused this in the first place.

Spicing It Up A Tad

While Zombie Girl may have a very standard kind of zombie story, which by the way, with all the zombie movies and games, more often than not they have the same zombie virus that gets out and causes chaos story. I do feel that one way that they tried to give a bit of variety to the game was by having five different scenarios that we have to play through. These are Doomsday City, Hospital of Death, The Wilderness Ruins, The Underground Lab, and The Mysterious Excavation Field. They pretty much tick all the boxes of locations that you would expect from a zombie game.

Just Kill Anything That Moves

I did say in the intro that I thought Zombie Girl was going to be a bit on the janky side, but that is not really the case. This may not be the smoothest 3rd person shooter I have played, but it all works well enough. Each of the scenarios offers you a different main objective. From finding your way to the exit in Doomsday City to solving a bunch of puzzles that revolve around finding the right keys in The Underground Lab. You have hordes of enemies to kill and you will want to kill them as the more you do, the better gear you can get. I did find that playing the game on the lower difficulty was more fun as on the harder difficulty the enemies become damage sponges which makes the game more of a chore to play.

Leaving It To The Imagination

While I would certainly class Zombie Girl as a lewd 3rd person shooter, do not expect hardcore sex or even full nudity in this game! Instead, our heroine will lose clothes and have her clothes ripped as she progresses through each of the scenarios. While you do not get to see her naked, I actually think it makes it kind of hotter as it does leave it to your imagination. The chick we play as reminds me of a cross between Jill Valentine from Resident Evil 3: Nemesis and Tifa from Final Fantasy VII and those are two fantastic characters to be in the middle of.

Pros:

• I liked the classic zombie movie story the game went for
• There are five different scenarios to play through
• The main character is pretty hot!
• The 3rd person shooter gameplay is better than I thought it would be

Cons:

• The story is very barebones
• There is no full nudity in this game, despite the game implying there is!
