Leap Of Faith

I went into Leap Of Faith expecting it to be just another run of the mill lewd visual novel, but man this one hit me right in the feels! This is a very well made visual novel and I get the impression that the developer used some real personal experience with this game as the story is something that is very, very well done. I wanted to share my thoughts on this and let you other fellow lewd visual novel fans know that this is one that is well worth checking out, especially if you want more story than just an non-stop sex fest!

Getting Over It

The best thing that Leap Of Faith has going for it is the story. The premise is simple enough, our MC has been dealing with a pretty brutal breakup for a while now and he feels like he might be able to move on now. If you have ever broken up with someone special, this really does tug at those heartstrings. The MC is trying to find someone new that he can be with and while this is a lewd visual novel, it has a lot more realism and honesty to the story that it is trying to tell. I for one thought that it was fantastic and very well done.

Thinking About Others

As you would expect Leap Of Faith has many different choices that you will have to make throughout the story. Certain situations will give you more choices than others, but it is the same thing you have done a million times before in other visual novel games. What I like here is that the dialogue choices feel more real and more like something a real person would say. Yes, this is still a lewd game, but I think the choices you get to make feel better than what most other similar games give you.

Making Love!

The sex scenes in this game are great. Leap Of Faith features many different routes and some great female character models. My personal favorites were CeCe and Robin. Anyway, the XXX content here is very graphic, but it is not as extreme as what you might be used to in a lewd visual novel. The camera still gets in close, but I think because of the way that the story is told, you do have more of a connection with the ladies and that makes the sex scenes that extra bit better. There are also quite a few different sex scenes as well, so this is a game that encourages multiple playthroughs.

Pros:

• The story and the writing was fantastic
• I liked how the story felt a bit more real than your typical lewd visual novel
• The presentation is great
• The sex scenes have some excellent animation

Cons:

• It might not be crude and rude enough for some people
• Some English voice acting would have probably made this perfect!
