Majikoi! Love Me Seriously! is an anime-style visual novel in which players take on the role of a student named Yamato. He attends Kawakami Academy, which specializes not only in providing a basic education but also in teaching Eastern martial arts. In this town, it’s very important whether you’re a descendant of real samurai. This is the key requirement for joining Yamato’s club. The club is dedicated to training in combat, tactics, and simply friendship. Besides Yamato, the club includes Miyako with her lilac hair, the blonde Chris, the brunette Momoyo, the redhead Kazuko, and the modest Yukie. Two new members have just joined the club, bringing the total to eight. They have their own headquarters where they relax and discuss upcoming events. The main event is that the Academy’s director has decided to organize a tournament and has invited famous masters to compete against his students.
