My Sincere Desire is a visual novel by solo developer Juice_A, where the protagonist wakes up after a long coma and begins living together with three women in a huge villa among favorable climates.

White Light and Nothing Else

This guy's consciousness wandered for months through the white corridors of his own head. All the doctors prophesied the guy would remain unconscious for several years. Waking up years later, the man should have lost his memory, his ability to feed himself, his ability to walk on his own feet - relatives and friends understood that the man would become a vegetable and prayed for his health. However, life turned out differently.

The main character's organism held out... The young guy gradually began to wake up. For a long time he heard the voices of those around him, but could not open his eyes or respond with words.

Doctor's Consultation

Across from Jack (let that be the guy's name) sat a female doctor. The doctor's robe could not hide the virtues of the beauty's figure. Her breasts pulled heavily on the white fabric. The man was visited by vulgar thoughts, his eyes glistening. The conversation was pleasant.

Jack thanked the doctor - she had done well, and was helping in every way possible to get the coma over quickly. The two men were pleased and chuckled merrily:
