This blend between a “romance” visual novel and a puzzle game tasks the player with solving math problems. The reward? A close one-on-one session with the lusty Ms. Han. Honestly? Totally worth it. That said, the pacing might need some work, as you notice the developers suddenly lose interest in their hentai game from time to time, and you can’t help but wonder why they didn’t just post a clean version of this title in Cool Math Games instead.

A Secret Romance Unfolds

In this game, you play as a student who gradually develops feelings for his math tutor, Ms. Han. Luckily for our troubled protagonist, Ms. Han seems to have an extracurricular fixation on her latest student. If Summertime Saga taught me anything, it is that teachers like Ms. Han are always after the game’s protagonist. However, in this game, the “rewarding” finale comes quite early, just as soon as you solve a series of basic arithmetic questions.

That’s when you start to notice that most of the game is about math, with the pervy stuff being relegated to a “reward” rather than a central mechanic. It was a bit of a whiplash, to be honest. Still, as long as you don’t mind the game’s shallow H content, what it offers should be more than enough.

A Matter of Control

Here’s the deal: more than a standalone game, Ms. Han’s After-School Tutoring is more like a demo for the developers’ “interactive controller”: a device that looks exactly like a Fleshlight. Unfortunately, this peripheral is almost necessary to enjoy the game to its fullest – and that includes the math segments.

The controls are designed to be played with the sex toy controller. You need to hover over every correct answer for a few seconds before the game registers it, and even then, you can get away with picking the wrong choices most of the time. You know how you can use a plug with Ultrakill thanks to mods? That should have been the blueprint for this game: use a peripheral to enhance the experience, not to do the most basic tasks.

Lovely Ms. Han

Despite its flaws, one area where you can’t honestly criticize Ms. Han’s After-School Tutoring is in its detailed art style. Sure, there are only a handful of hentai illustrations, but for what it is, the game looks rather great. Compared to other hentai visual novels that use those ugly Blender models, this game is a work of art.

Sadly, there aren’t that many scenes featuring Ms. Han at her best. There are plenty of scenes with her in her daily life, but the type of content that most of the game’s player base is here for seems somewhat light, especially for a game that’s designed to be played with a sex toy.
