Student Dorm

Student Dorm is one of those games that I keep coming back to with the hope that there is going to be some kind of big update. As of me writing this, I am still waiting for that big update to happen. However, I think what is here so far is pretty cool and it serves as a neat demo for what could come. This is made with Ren’Py so that gives you some kind of idea of what you are in for. You only have to dedicate about 20 minutes or so to the game so it is not like it is asking a lot of you so it is worth checking out.

Just A Small Town Boy

So far, I do have to say that Student Dorm is showing a great deal of promise in terms of what it is offering in the story department. The basics of the story are that you are with this young guy who is from a very small village and you are accompanying him to the big city where he can try and find work.

Do you know what else they have in the big city? They also have hot chicks with big boobs too! So, the game is basically about this guy moving to the city and trying to live the best life that he can. It is rather short so far; the basic concept does seem quite interesting.

More Sandbox Than I Thought

Even though this is made with Ren’Py, I thought this was going to be a pretty basic and straightforward visual novel kind of experience, but that was not the case at all. Instead, what we have here with Student Dorm is far more of a sandbox style of game where you get to click around the various areas and try to find your way. I like this kind of gameplay and at the moment, it is pretty straightforward in what it wants the player to do. I am very interested to see where this goes as it looks like to me that there could be some kind of morality system implemented into the game in the future which would certainly make things more interesting.

The Girl Next Door

I like the more realistic approach to women that Student Dorm has taken. It makes it much easier to get into. The renders in the game are very well done and the few ladies that are here at the moment each have their own style which I always like. Variety is the spice of life after all.

The sex scenes are done well (even if there are only a few as of writing) and feature what you would expect. My only complaint in regards to the visuals is that the MC definitely needs to hit up my boys at manscaping and take care of that 70s stuff bush he has going on!

Pros:

• There are different types of ladies in this game
• I found it very easy to get into

• There is not a great deal to see and do in the game yet
• No indication of when the next update will be
