The Legend of Queen Opala is part of a series of lewd RPGs, I think this is the middle game if I am not mistaken. Anyway, the whole Egyptian mythology theme really appealed to me so I thought I would give this a try and see what it is like. I will warn you that this is a game that was originally developed over ten years ago so some of the aspects of the game design may feel a tad on the dated side in comparison with what people are doing with RPG maker these days.
Family Drama In The Pyramid
The story of Legend of Queen Opala is one that I did enjoy. Our main character is a pretty good hero and he has more likable qualities than douchebag ones which is something I always prefer in a lewd game. The story centers around the Egyptian queen, Opala along with her mother and sister. You end up on an epic quest to try and save the day and discover what is really going on. It can be pretty fun stuff and there are a few side missions to go along with the main story to flesh things out a bit more. Overall, I got a kick out of the ancient Egypt setting and thought the story was pretty decent.
Not Quite A Flawless Victory!
There you go a little Mortal Kombat reference for you! The gameplay of Legend of Queen Opala is, well it is ok. It feels like an older game that was made with the RPG Maker engine. You walk around the overworld parts of the game, talking to people, finding items, spending money, taking on quests, and so on. You can actually blow through the main part of the story pretty quickly. This can be hard to know what to do and if you miss out on some side missions, they are pretty much gone forever unless you do a new game plus playthrough. The combat system was something I thought was pretty neat, it may be a tad on the basic, side, but it felt like something a 16-bit RPG would have.
Praise The Old Gods
Even all these years later, Legend of Queen Opala is a game that I think is very easy on the eyes. I like the way the actual game looks, for an RPG Maker game, the sprites are a bit more detailed than usual and have more of a 32-bit look than a 16-bit one. The whole ancient Egypt thing gives the game a rather unique look to it. The lewd content here is great, but getting to it can be a problem.
If you miss a lewd scene in the game and most of them are not on the main story path, they are pretty much gone unless you pay a ton of money or play the game again. This is a shame as this game has some excellent lewd artwork!
I had fun with Legend of Queen Opala and think that had I played this when it first came out, I would have thought it was amazing. While what is here is pretty good, I do think that some things about the way the game is made are more on the clunky side and some people may find them flat out frustrating. Still, I do think that the story and the ancient Egypt setting alone make this a game that is worth your time checking out.
Pros:
- The setting of the game was really cool
- I liked the way the game looked
- The combat system had an old school feel to it
- I found the game pretty easy to get into
Cons:
- It can be hard to come across lewd content in the game
- It has a rather clunky and “old” feel about it in pretty much every regard

Game Reviews
Legend of Queen Opala is yet another game created by pretty much just one person and founded with the help of crowdfunding sites. It seems as if there are more and more indie games developed by groups of 3 or fewer people in the market and that's amazing.
It's like going back to the day where computer geeks used to create those choose your own path games on their PC. Game development has come a long way since then and with the help of crowdfunding sites, these people get paid for their hard work. Tools like RPG Maker, the engine in which all the episodes of Legend of Queen Opala are made, helps a lot.
Tons of people want to develop a game without messing with coding and programming. These tools come as a great help for more amazing games to see the light of release. So, let's talk about The Legend of Queen Opala already.
About the game
We play the role of a man named Jake (though the player can choose the character's name) who's set to go on an adventure to Egypt so he can meet Queen Opala. The rumors of how passionate and loving she is for her followers are widely known. But what's a proven truth is just how sexy she is.
As Jake gets into the royal palace, he learns about a plan to kidnap the Queen. Not only this, but the evil plan is led by Opala's older sister, Osira. Now Jake tries to warn the Queen and protect her from the evil plans.
The royalty
The royalty theme is very repeated throughout the erotic game world. It's pretty much a fetish actually. Games like Akabur's Princess Trainer and more are proof of this. But this one is actually well developed. It's a solid RPG experience inside of a porn-based game. The story is well written and the characters are interesting and well-written too.
Review
Legend of Queen Opala is a great game if you're looking for something more story-driven. This title has a lot of plot and story, and it's actually nicely written. The women in this game are strong and confident, they are not pure and soft, but strong and leading. If that's not really your thing, this title is probably not for you.
There are many fetishes covered in this game too, dominant, hardcore, size differences, massive breasts and much more. But even though it's an RPG, the combat system is probably the weakest aspect in this title.
Graphics and Visuals: The game looks excellent.. In this episode, the art is more simple and basic than in Episode II or Origin. You can clearly see a difference in quality there, but it's still great. These dark-skinned women are really sexy and the scenes are excellent. The character design is great too.
Gameplay: The gameplay, for the most part, is solid. But the fight mechanics are annoying. There's too much ground here, and you'll need to do it a lot since the bosses tend to be overpowered. One-shot kills are common in your first try in these big battles, and grinding so much can be repetitive and plain boring.
Sound: The soundtrack is nice and helps with the ambient of the game. It fits perfectly most of the time and doesn't feel cheap or low quality.
