About the game

This game takes place inside a fantasy world, where centuries of wars between different races and creatures have led to the establishment of the Kingdom of Lundar. Humans have become fearsome destroyers that are on their way to conquer all the territories and eliminate all those who oppose them. Refuse to become a vassal to the Kingdom of Lundar and you're done for.

But after defeating all of their enemies, the fights start inside the walls of Lundar Kingdom. The powerful men and military leaders strive for more power and the conflict between them starts. There are no limits in this battle for power, no morality, and no boundaries.

What about Hreinn Games

Like many other indie developers, Hreinn Games is a very small game company of only three members who develop the games. Their first title, Noxian Nights, was a parody of League of Legends. You see that they are very fond of the fantasy setting as both games are in a similar world setting.

In Kingdom of Deception, they made an interesting world and created its entire lore, which is we appreciate and unusual. In both of their games, our Main Character is a female, which is not very common either. But, how did the entire lore-building process go? Did it make the storytelling better?

Review

Kingdom of Deception is an interesting fantasy erotic title that's trying really hard, and that's not bad at all. To answer the previous questions, yes, the lore helps a lot with the storytelling. It improves the narrative of the game and makes the entire world feel much more alive.

But that also comes with a price. The more details you add to something, the more chances there are to mess up. The title stands solid, but the progression in the story requires boring tasks and repetitive exploration to progress. But even with that, it's still nice.

• Visual and graphics: The art in this game is great, it looks hot and high quality. The main character and all the women are very sexy, and the many sex scenes look nice too. The character design is cool and the difference between species is pretty clear. But keep in mind that if interspecies sex with orcs isn't your thing, then you might not like this game. There are probably too many of those in here.

• Gameplay: The interface is nice looking, efficient and responsive. It's easy to control and to enjoy most of the time. Quest resolution could be much better, and there's usually just one way of completing each quest. It can be repetitive. The gameplay is not a strong element in this one.

• Sound: The soundtrack's great. The background music completes the fantasy setting perfectly. It's not amazing, but it helps a lot to make the game feel much more complete.
