UnHolY DisAsTeR

The first thing you have to ask is why does UnHolY DisAsTeR feel the need to write the title of the game like that? Well, apart from that, this is a quick-paced and fun Metroidvania style lewd game that did actually get an official release here in the West. As you would expect from a lewd game that gets released on STEAM, if you want all of the rated R 18 plus content, you will need to download a patch to put it into the game.

A Priest And A Demon Walk Into A Bar

The translation for UnHolY DisAsTeR is a little on the strange side and as a result, I did find it hard to follow exactly what was going on and what the deal with everything was. The basics of what are going on here are that the game is set in a fantasy land called, Eincia and there is this water priestess called the Spirt of Aqua who can give special powers.

Well, one day a trainee priestess called Clementine goes to mee the spirit and ends up, thrust to the forefront of this battle to save the land from an evil entity and all of the monsters that come along with it.

The Short Way Round

For a Metroidvania style of game, UnHolY DisAsTeR is a tad on the short side. It took me around two- and a bit hours to beat the game, but it was a fun-filled two- and a-bit hours. Clementine controls great and I played the game using a gamepad. As you would expect from a Metroidvania style of game, she unlocks new abilities and skills as she goes and you are free to explore the game world as you wish.

The combat in the game is fast-paced and she has a solid number of abilities that she can use to fight off the enemies. When you are defeated by an enemy if you have the uncensored version that is where you see the XXX content. I found the game to be very fair in terms of the difficulty as it always seems to give the player a chance to continue. If you tend to find Metroidvania style games too hard, this one is perfect to ease into the genre with.

Pixel Smut

The presentation is great and they have used a pixel-art style for the whole of UnHolY DisAsTeR and it is very effective. Clementine looks great and the game does also have some very high-quality portraits that let you see what she really looks like. The different locations that the game has are done in a smoother style than the characters are.

The XXX content happens when you lose a battle and you get to see monsters have their way with Clementine or even, see her pleasure herself. This is done with pixel art and it is a very cool effect.

• The difficulty is not all that challenging
