When I heard about the lewd game, Food Truck Story I thought that it sounded like a lot of fun. I do not think I have ever seen a lewd game where we play as a dude who runs a food truck before. I have often wondered what it is like for people who run food trucks and now thanks to this game I now know… ok, so running a real food truck is probably not going to get you laid as much as it does our MC here, but I still had a lot of fun with this lewd visual novel.

Food Truck To Make Big Bucks!

The main character in Food Truck Story has just graduated college and now is heading out into the real world. The problem with this is that the MC does not want a regular 9 to 5 job. He decides to make a go of it by starting his own food truck business. After all, this is a pretty big college town with a ton of potential customers… many of which just so happen to be very attractive females.

It Is About The Girls!

There is not really a big overarching story being told in Food Truck Story, well if there is it sure as hell went over my head. Instead, what we have is a story that is all about character relationships. This is best described as a harem style of game where the MC has a bunch of girls after his junk. The character development is not the deepest as most girls are willing to bang you very quickly, but I do like how they tried to make each girl feel like their own unique person. This is your typical lewd visual novel, there are no sandbox or adventure style elements here at all. You are just following the story and then picking the option which you feel is right.

Who Made This Steven Spielberg?

The character renders in Food Truck Story are great, Charlie being the one that I liked the best. I felt that the developer did a good job making sure each girl has her own style. There are also plenty of sex scenes in the game too which is great. However, the developer of this went a bit overboard with the transitions between scenes. It is like they are a movie director trying to create something epic, some scenes have about 30 transitions in them and it can be quite distracting. I certainly applaud the effort here to try and make something a bit more cinematic, but sometimes less is more.

I think that Food Truck Story is a pretty decent game and one that I enjoyed my time with. I think that the selection of girls in the game is good and I liked how you got to hook up with them all. It certainly made me want to open up my own food truck I can tell you that right now. I think that the presentation of the game is great, but a bit on the distracting side if I am being honest. I still think that this is a game worth trying out as it is pretty fun.
