Future Fragments

Future Fragments is a Patreon funded game that at first, I did not expect much from. However, after spending many hours with the game I must admit that this is the kind of adult-themed game I like. Sure, the game has sex in it, but it is one of those games where it is actually offering far more than that.

The Future Will Save The Past

One of the first things that is worth noting about Future Fragments is the story. I was not expecting much, but it is kind of cool. The game at first is set in a medieval world where you play as one of two hot chicks trying to save your kingdom. The battle is getting too much for your kingdom so your king sends you into the future to collect the fragments of a special weapon that can turn the war in your favor.

That right there is a strong enough story, but there is more. Once you are in the future, there is another story like running where this future is an oppressed place where there is no sex and things are bleak! It is very well-done stuff and I must admit I got way more invested in the story here than I thought I would.

Mega Hot Girl

As far as the gameplay of Future Fragments I would say that Mega Man X meets Castlevania Symphony of the Night is the best comparison. The game is very well done in terms of its game design. It plays like a 2D run and gun exploration style of game and the gameplay feels nice and tight. I like the way you can decide what order to play the levels in. there are many different enemy types and there is a handful of bosses to take on as well.

There is a ton of different endings in the game too! You get one of these by making various choices as you play the game. This is something handled quite well and it gives you more of a reason to play through the game multiple times and trying different choices. The hentai scenes I can take or leave if I am being honest with you guys. This is a game that stands on its own as a good game even without all of the hentai stuff.

I am very impressed with what Future Fragments is offering. This is a fun game and a game that I can see myself playing through more than once. The core gameplay that is on offer here is solid and fun. If you like Mega Man or Castlevania games you are in for a treat here. Even the story, the presentation, and the soundtrack are great too! In all this is a very well-made game and if you are into hentai, that is an added bonus for you as well.
