Hand Simulator: Rendezvous

Hand Simulator: Rendezvous is an adult game that is all about putting your hands to good use. In many ways, it seems like a tech demo or some kind of proof of concept if I am being honest. However, I found this to be such a bizarre experience that I had to talk about it. This is a very cheap game, a friend actually gifted it to me and it was an experience that we will never forget, but we have also agreed that this is an experience we are never to bring up ever again, especially when we are face to face.

The Original!

What we have here with Hand Simulator: Rendezvous is a game that is built around many of the ideas that were in the original Hand Simulator game. To be honest with you, I have no idea if this is made by the same people. However, that game was interesting and unique in that it gave us a more hands on virtual experience where the idea was we had full control of our hands as we did stuff such as milking a cow or reloading a gun. It was a novel idea and a great showcase for how much more immersive VR and first-person games could get with the right controller.

A Different Kind Of Milking Here!

The twist here with Hand Simulator: Rendezvous is that it is basically all about exploring human sexuality, but mainly with our hands. The trailer showed some group jerking off and a dude jerking off into a sink and more guys jerking off. While there is sex in this game, it probably should have been called Hand Job Simulator as that appears to be what the goal of this game was. As I said in the intro, it does have a very tech demo kind of vibe about it, and even in that trailer which is supposed to sell you on the game, you see some really jerky motions.

A True Bonding Experience

Now, this is where Hand Simulator: Rendezvous gets weird, like even weirder than we have already discussed! A friend gifted this to me and we ended up playing together and we had a room of seven people who were also playing the game. It was pretty much a circle jerk, but it was just so awkward, there were two people just going at it with one bent over and the other doing what you would expect, how the heck they were actually able to do that I have no idea, but that brings me to my next point.

My Hand Is Stuck

Hand Simulator: Rendezvous is a game that in trying to give you complete control of your hands and fingers, can get a little wild. There was one moment where we had a dude that had his hand stuck in a very unfortunate place and there were countless times where I would have to contort my arm to try and get my hands back to where I wanted them to be. I know I am making this sound super janky, but it all kind of made it more appealing to me and my friend as we were playing it.

Pros:

• You get to be really “hands on” with people in this game
• I liked the idea and would like to see them progress with it
• You can have a great circle jerk with your friends and strangers
• I guess it could be a good “social” game for some people

Cons:

• Some of the movement is really jerky and odd to look at
• I did not get turned on or find this sexy at all
