When you first start playing Hot Therapy, I am pretty sure you will be like me and think that this is the most awesome lewd game ever! To be fair, this is a fun porn game and one that has some great graphics and also some very hot sound design too! However, it is also the kind of game that is a bit of a one trick pony. Hey, the one trick that this game does is fantastic so it is 100 percent worth playing, however, I can see most people having their fill with this quicker than they were perhaps thinking.

My Kind Of Workplace

There is no story for you to play through in Hot Therapy, but what we do have is an awesome premise and a job that I would literally sell my soul to the devil for! We have a massage business, a business dedicated to helping people with their sore muscles and also with a back cracking if they need it… which they very well may need after we are done with them as we are trying to blow their back out if you get what I am saying! You see, turns out that we have magical hands, magical hands that make these sexy ladies putty in our hands and want to have sex with us.

A Very Special Kind Of Cliental

The character creation stuff in Hot Therapy is awesome and very well done. If you have played games like NBA 2K25 and some of the wrestling games that let you create a character. You will love the sheer amount of stuff you can play around with here. They give you many options to play around with, my personal favorite being the butt type that is complete with a shaking of the ass to show you how good it looks. You can change her appearance in every way you could want and they even have some fantasy looks too, from demonic horns to green Incredible Hulk like skin. Making a character is a lot of fun and then getting to play around with them is just the absolute icing on the cake.

My Hands Create Magic

Once you have created your dream woman, it is time to put those educated hands of yours to work…. In the game I mean. Hot Therapy has you need to massage a lady's sore muscles so that she feels good and relaxed, this is done in a kind of mini-game way, you can also do a little chiropractor snapping too. Once she is relaxed and more importantly, turned on, you can have sex with her in many different positions. There are two “climaxes” that you can work towards here and that is the end of the game. It looks fantastic to be fair and I found the animation to be nice and smooth and I liked how I could change the speed of the action. Also, the voice acting that happens during the massage and sex is pretty hot and adds a little extra spice to things too.

Feels Like I Have Seen It Before

The premise of being a massage therapist, the amazing visuals, and the character creation stuff in Hot Therapy are all awesome. However, the actual game is pretty much the same every time, only the girl changes. Sure, you will have a blast creating a few characters and then putting them through their paces. Yet, outside of the different looking characters, this is the exact same thing every time you play it. Perhaps a bit of story or a few random positions that would happen or even if the massage mini-game had a bit more variety to it would have been very welcomed. What is here from a gameplay point of view is not bad at all, but at the same time, after a few times, you do feel like you have seen all that the game has to offer.
