Love n War: Warlord by Chance

Today we are taking a closer look at Love n War: Warlord by Chance which is a lewd tactics-based RPG and a game that I personally have very high hopes for. I love the way it has a kind of fantasy style to it, but at the same time, I get some very ancient China and Japan vibes from it all as well. It is certainly one of the more interesting-looking tactics-based RPGs to be released this year.

In Times Of Crisis. Heroes Will Rise

There is a lot of story going on with Love n War: Warlord by Chance and that is one of the most interesting things about the game. You are approached by a sexy and strong woman one day who tells you that your father who was a powerful warlord has requested that you take his place and lead the battle against the invading force that is coming from the North!

The game is very character-driven with many of your main “war cabinet” all having their own relationships and stories. Actually, the story has many visual novel aspects as during the game you get to choose what is said. I just love the whole idea of this war being fought by these strong and beautiful women who also have a lot of personality to them too.

Breathtakingly Savage!

Make no bones about it, Love n War: Warlord by Chance is a great-looking game. Off the top of my head, I cannot think of another game in this genre that looks like this! The battles in the game feature a ton of characters on the screen at the same time. This part of the game has an almost “chibi” type of style going and I think that it is very appealing. The character portraits on the other hand feature some of the most amazing art that I have seen. I like the way that the animation manages to make these ladies look alive. Speaking of “ladies” the characters in this game are truly hot, but they are not done in a slutty way. They look powerful and like they could lead an army into battle, but they just also happen to be very easy on the eyes too.

All About Your Units

There are a number of different units that you can use in Love n War: Warlord by Chance to give you the best chance of victory. For example, there is crossbow and cavalry. Crossbow is great for ranged attacks and cavalry can come in on a horse and kick some ass. Your units can be upgraded via the various items you pick up and have in your inventory. As they level up, they become stronger. Adding new units to your ranks is very important and you get the chance to do this during battle.

The battles aim to be strategic, but also very fun and exciting and the way they are fast-paced is what will make that happen. It is the kind of thing where just one wrong move can have dire consequences for your troops!

Pros:

• I liked how the characters were sexy, but also strong
• Plenty of units to play around with
• It features some absolutely amazing art
• I liked how you got to make decisions in regards to the story

Cons:

• I love the voice acting, but I wish it had an English track
• Might not be lewd enough for some people
