Lustful Spirit Hunt

With a title like Lustful Spirit Hunt, this is a game that was always going to grab my attention. What we have here is a lewd adventure game and one that has a spooky, supernatural twist which is always something that I get a massive kick out of. I managed to play through the game and I wanted to share my opinion about it with you fine folks today. I will say that this is a game that comes so close to being an instant classic and I think with just a little editing it could be one of the great ones.

Mulder & Scully

A huge reason that I had so much fun with Lustful Spirit Hunt and one of the main reasons I found the game appealing was the premise of the story. Our main character and the person we play as is a guy called Ted and we are joined by our assistant Luna as we investigate spooky goings on and try to exorcise the ghosts and ghoulies that are causing trouble. Think of something like The Conjuring or Insidious, only with a lot more sex and for some reason fem dom ghosts running around!

Who Invited Chad?

I found the story to be quite entertaining, but Lustful Spirit Hunt has a bit of an issue and that is there is a side character that basically cucks the main character! It is such a weird addition and while I am down with some fem dom or an MC being treated badly by his girlfriend, this alpha Chad like character feels like they were added at the last second and they add nothing exciting at all to the story. I legit think, you remove this character from the game and the story becomes better as a result.

Being A Real Ghost Hunter

Lustful Spirit Hunt is a game where I 100 percent recommend you use the “how to play” option as this game is far deeper than you would think. I struggled at first knowing what to do and what all of the bars and equipment I was seeing was for, but when I did the tutorial, it explained it all to me. Basically, we go around looking for ghosts to get rid of and the way we do that is by having sex with them! The game is a 2D style game and we need to find items, and clues and figure out how to best get rid of each ghost, I guess there is a puzzle element too here as you try to figure out how to get rid of certain ghosts.

Banging Around!

The presentation of Lustful Spirit Hunt is fantastic, it kind of reminds me of a game that would have been on the Nintendo DS or 3DS. It is played from a 2D side perspective and the characters have some truly fantastic animation. I was very impressed by the way the characters moved and while all of the sex in the game is done in the same 2D style, it is very impressive. There were no jump scares or anything like that here, but I did find the visuals kind of creepy in places.

Pros:

• If you are into the whole cuck and NTR thing the story will be more appealing to you
• The 2D animation and art is fantastic
• The adventure style gameplay was engaging and challenging

Cons:

• That douchebag character was really off putting
• The game does have a learning curve, but the how to play thing takes care of that

Let's not forget the littering of minor bugs, too. There is a persistent gameplay issue with the Audio Box, negative inventory glitches post-tutorial, erratic camera sequencing, and other noticeable tidbits throughout gameplay. It all detracts slightly from the immersive experience, a benchmark of paranormal mystery games. While these issues are not game-breaking, they remind us that Lustful Spirit Hunt is still evolving.
