I had a lot of fun with the first game so I am excited to talk to you about Malicious Reload 2. Now, please keep in mind that I am writing this before the game is 100 percent complete, but there is still enough to talk about here. I love lewd action games and I think that this one is taking what the first game offered and is putting a new spin on it and that is something I am more than happy about. Let us take a closer look at the game and see how it is shaping up in comparison to the first.

A Medical Intern Hitting The Streets

The first game had a kind of Resident Evil thing going on with the story. In Malicious Reload 2 we have a story that I think is similar in many ways. Instead of being a badass agent like in the first game that was sent to investigate the incident that caused monsters to be roaming the land.

This game has a new protagonist in a feisty medical intern who has been hiding in her house while the world has gone to hell. She decides that she needs to hit the streets and find out what is really going on here. I think that if the first game had a Resident Evil 1 vibe going with the story, this one is kind of like Resident Evil 2/3.

Take No Prisoners!

The gameplay in Malicious Reload 2 is pretty much the same as it was in the first game. This is a 2D action game where you have a solid control over your character. She has to shoot and fight off monsters that come her way. You start off with a fairly basic weapon, but there are other weapons that you can pick up along the way.

The controls for the most part are pretty solid and tight, but I do worry when they have to list ways to fix the game if it crashes. To be fair as of writing, this game is still being worked on. However, I can tell you that the first game was a fun lewd action game and this one looks like it is more of the same, but just with a different setting and I am ok with that, to be honest with you.

A Real Pixelated Kind Of Evil!

I said that the gameplay in Malicious Reload 2 is very similar to the first game and that also rings true for the way that the game looks. It has a cool pixel art style that I like and there are a ton of lewd scenes in the game as when you get caught, you get banged it is as simple as that really. I am not hugely into chicks banging monsters, but I can appreciate good pixel art when I see it.

The game once again has a real Resident Evil style to the presentation. I am specifically talking about the first two Resident Evil games on the original PlayStation here. The way the menus look, your inventory and so on all have that same style the original Resident Evil does and I do kind of like it.

While I enjoyed my time with the first game, Malicious Reload 2 I feel is more like an expansion than a whole new game. From what I have seen so far, the visuals and the gameplay are pretty much the same as they were in that first game. To be fair, that was a good game so I am not hating on it too much. However, I do think that they need to add something a bit more before the game is fully complete to help it stand out more from its predecessor.
