Seasons of Loss

Seasons of Loss is a lewd visual novel that I think is a bit of a mixed bag. I think that the visuals of the game are some of the best I have seen in a very long time. For me personally, it was the visuals that kept me driving through with this game as they truly are something incredible. The story though is going to be something of an acquired taste. I did not dislike it, but I do know a couple of friends that just could not get into the story at all.

A Strange, Brutal Slice Of Life

The story that Seasons of Loss is telling does have something about it. There is this rather nerdy and normal kind of young man that ends up being the victim of a bully. His mother tries to help out, but she ends up being pulled in by the bully and she ends up being his sex slave and it is a story that sees her corrupted into being nothing more than something for him to plow.

That Is Good And All…. But!

Now, as a premise, that is something I have experienced before. Most of us that are into lewd games have played these “bully” games where the bully bangs the mom before. However, the characters in this game are just so dumb! There is no denying it, it is like it has to be a deliberate choice, I just do not see how the characters can be this stupid by accident. The story did not turn me off or anything like that, but as I said in the intro, I was pulled into the game by the art so perhaps I was more forgiving with the way the story followed.

Dream Weaver….

That was a very obscure reference to Wayne's World there by the way. Anyway. Seasons of Loss has the hottest milf you will ever see in Azusa. She is so thick, so hot, and just so amazing that I was pretty much all in on this game no matter what the story was going to be based on her alone! The game has epic sex scenes that are all animated and that makes them even better. I love how she is a thicker woman and she just has a ton of sex appeal about her. The game even has some voice acting which helps give her a bit more personality, but I do wish it had English voice acting.

Stop Telling Me What To Do!!!

When it comes down to the type of visual novel that Seasons of Loss is, I have to say that it is one of those ones that has an illusion of choice. The game does give you some choices to make as you progress through the story, but some of these feel like they do not matter at all! I get that they at least keep the player a bit more invested in the “game” however, they tend to feel like a waste of time more often than not. However, on the plus side of this, I feel that the amazing art made me care less that I was not making any meaningful choices as I progressed through the game.

Pros:

• This game has the hottest milf ever!
• The animation in the game is fantastic
• You will love how hot the sex scenes in this game are
• It does not ask for a great deal of your time

Cons:

• The story was not good at all
• The majority of the choices you make do not really matter

I enjoyed my time with Seasons of Loss, mainly because it features a nice and thick milf for us to play around with! What we have here is a lewd visual novel and one that I am sure most people will be drawn to because of its fantastic lewd anime style visuals. I know that this game is not perfect, but I ended up playing through all of what was available here and I think that it is a game that is worth people checking out, especially if they are into ladies that are a bit on the thicker side if you know what I am saying!

Standing Up For Her Son

The premise of the story that Seasons of Loss is telling is far better than the actual execution. We have this guy who is getting bullied by another guy and his mom steps in to try and put a stop to it. Rather than having the desired effect, the mom ends up being the bully's sex slave and it ends up being a story about her basically getting corrupted into doing the bully whenever he wants.

Talk About Dumb!

I am usually down for a corruption style game and the whole bully thing has been done in lewd games before. However, Seasons of Loss has some of the dumbest characters that I have ever experienced in a lewd game. Seriously, these characters are so dumb that I am kind of thinking that this story has to be some kind of parody. I found that once I just went along with it and started having fun with how weird and nonsensical the story was, I ended up enjoying it a whole lot more.

Hey, That Is Not What I Said!

As far as the lewd visual novel gameplay of Seasons of Loss goes what we have here is rather basic. That though does not mean that it is bad! To be fair, this game does give you a fair amount of choices to make as you progress through it. The thing is, if I am being brutally honest, I am not sure how much impact the choices we are having actually make. There was a situation where my PC crashed and I had to replay a bit of the game, I picked a different choice than I did before and the outcome was the same!

Mom Of The Year

The best thing that Seasons of Loss has going for it is Azusa. Azusa is the mom and the star of this game and she is exactly what I want from a milf in a lewd game! I am not ashamed to admit that it was the fantastic visuals of this game that kept me playing. The XXX content here is animated which is something I like to see and I was even impressed that there was some Japanese voice acting as well. The presentation of the game is so good that it is more than enough to keep you playing, even if the story is not grabbing you.

• The game does not take up much of your time

• The story makes very little sense as the characters are so dumb
• You get to make choices, but I am not sure how much they matter
