The Making of a Slut is one of the most on the nose titles for a lewd game that I have ever seen. This is a lewd text-based game that mixes real life porn images along with hand drawn art. It is a strange kind of game that as I write this is not yet completely finished so take that into consideration before you jump into this. I think for those that like text-based games this could be something that you have a lot of fun with.

Spice Up Your Life

The main character in The Making of a Slut is a dude who looks more like a girl than a dude! He is pretty effeminate in the game and his life is soon changed (for better or worse depending on how you look at it) when a woman comes into his life and basically turns him into a little sissy boy. The story is basically about how this changes the guy’s life as he goes from college out into the real world.

So Much To Click On

For a text-based game, The Making of a Slut has a whole lot for you to keep track of. Your character has many different stats that they need to improve. You have stats that are bout how much of a slut you are, but you also have stats in regards to your grades as well. You also have to deal with money, keep an eye on messages, and so on. There is a lot to do here and once you get done with college, you also have to work as well. The thing is, the game just has a ton of grinding. The more I got into the game, the more grinding started to become an issue.

Two World Collide

For a text-based game, The Making of a Slut has a very interesting art style. Our “slut” is done in a cartoon way and I am fine with that. You see our character at the side of the screen, but the majority of the game's “graphics” are made up with real life porn images! I am not sure if these were just taken from other sites or if the developer went and got these themselves. However, it is a very strange way to go about things with having a cartoon style protagonist who looks at realistic looking porn.

I think that The Making of a Slut is a very hard game to talk about. I will admit that this was a game that just did not click for me. I think that it started out pretty strong, but I felt like I hit a wall that then turned the game into a bit of a grind fest.

The Making of a Slut is one of those titles that catches your attention right away. With a title like this, I thought for sure that this was going to be the most hardcore XXX in my face lewd game experience ever. However, what we have here is a text based lewd game that is going for a rather unique approach to the way the story is “shown! As the game uses actual porn for its graphics. I have certainly seen this kind of thing before, but it is always an interesting way for someone to make a game.

Taking The Long Way Round

If you are looking at this The Making of a Slut and thinking that this game sounds really familiar, it may not be a different game you are thinking of. You see, this is a game that has been in development for years! I actually think the first time I played this was about three years ago. I recently came across it again and there is certainly a lot more content here in the game now so it is nice to see that the developer has not given up on it. However, three plus years to make a text based game does seem like a long time to me.

Becoming A Sissy Boy

The idea of the story in The Making of a Slut is that we are a dude, but we have feminine features and we meet this chick who kind of takes us in and decides to turn us into some kind of femboy slut. There is some witty writing here and some pretty interesting characters too. What I thought was neat about the story and the premise of the game was that our MC had to not just deal with becoming this femboy, but also with the usual stuff that goes on in regards to being a student as well.

Is This A Game Or A Report?

The gameplay of The Making of a Slut is way more in-depth than you may think. While this is all done in menus, you have a ton of stuff to keep an eye on here. You have different stats that you work on as you progress through the game, but you also have to manage money and your grades as well. The thing is, the “game” takes place in what is best described as a spreadsheet of menus and while it is not hard to navigate and get to where you need to go, it does kind of feel like you are messing around with something for work more than playing a video game if that makes sense. Still, if you can get past that, you will find a lot to sink your teeth into here.

Down The Middle, More Like ¾ To One Side

As I said in the intro, The Making of a Slut uses real porn images for its graphics and this is something I have seen before. To be fair, the images that are used to make sense for what the story is saying or for what we are doing for the most part. However, I will say that the avatar stuff here that lets you get pretty creative is kind of cool. Especially as your femboy is on one side of the screen in all their glory. I actually think they could have done more with this, but I get that may have taken away from the actual porn images that they have used for the graphics.

• Making your femboy avatar is fun
• The story had some charm and some witty writing
• To be fair, there is a lot of gameplay here

• The UI feels more like a spreadsheet than a game
• I wish they did more with the avatar we get to create
