Assassin at Crimson Keep

Assassin at Crimson Keep is a visual novel in cartoonish graphics in which you help an assassin to kill an evil king.

Plot

The action takes place in a strange futuristic medieval world, in a fantasy setting. Your kingdom is ruled by an overbearing tyrant who executes anyone he doesn't like. The people choose you as their savior and send you out at night to kill the king. Sneaking into the bedroom, your hero sticks a dagger in - but alas, under the blanket lies a double. The guards awaken, and only by some miracle manage to escape. But now a manhunt has been declared, and there is a handsome bounty on your head. And the people hope that you can get to the evil ruler and avenge everyone!

Gameplay

This fascinating indie adventure takes place in the point-and-click genre in 2D. Each choice of dialogue has enormous significance in the development of events and the fate of the protagonist.
