Food Delivery Simulator

Food Delivery Simulator is a simulator that puts you in the shoes of a food delivery driver. You start off with $50 and a shabby apartment. Your goal is to get good reviews from your customers to improve your pay. As your pay goes up you can afford more privileges in the game.

Right now, the game is in early release, which means it isn’t a completely finished game. Despite its unfinished state, the game has a lot to do and has relatively few bugs - a big plus for a sneak preview of a game. Customers will rate players on how fast their food got there, whether it was still hot, and if it is undamaged. Hitting bumps and other hazards in the game can cause the food to bump around in the bag, causing it to be damaged. If a customer is really unhappy with the food, they may throw it in your face! Avoid this by getting the food to the customer as quickly and smoothly as possible. It’s a lot like the game Taxi, but with food delivery instead of picking up customers.

Upgrades

Your apartment and vehicle can be upgraded as more cash starts flowing in. These things are far outside of your budget at first but gives you more to do as you approach the end of the game. The game also features a nightclub where if you are wealthy enough, you can date one of the girls there.

At first, you have a rusty old bike from the 1970s and a flimsy trash bag. You can only take one order at a time. You have 7 days with these archaic tools to get your rent handled, but after that you can start putting money towards these upgrades.

Audio

The audio in the game is, frankly, terrible. Cars don’t even really sound like cars, the bike makes a clicking sound like it ought to have an engine, and the music is repetitive. This is an early release game, but it’s very clear the audio is one of those things that haven’t quite been updated yet. Hopefully this will be fixed with time.

Rapidly Expanding Game

The developer has been dedicated to improving the game and has already dropped several huge updates. On the discord, the developer actively listens to players and makes changes based on their advice. The result has been several amazing updates, including a larger map, more customers and restaurants, and a new vehicle. The game continues to be updated, so players can look forward to new content several times a year.

Rating: 8/10

This is a well thought out game. While some complain there isn’t yet enough to do, it’s important to remember this is an early release game. While the game isn’t packed with content yet, it’s clear that the developer is working on a daily basis to improve the game.

8

As of now, the game has plenty to keep players busy and has an attractive price point to make up for what it currently lacks as an early release.

Pros:

  • Active developer constantly updating
  • Entertaining customers
  • Gambling mini game

Cons:

  • Not a lot of content right now
  • Minor bugs

Game Reviews

Food Delivery Simulator - food delivery simulator. Dive into the drudgery of delivering your favorite meals. Deliver food and joy to people to provide yourself with some joy too. By foot, bike, moped or car - drive around town and deliver food. Adequate customers will be a great gift, but often only a few will be happy with your work. Try to furnish your home for the modest salary you receive. The system of changing weather, cycles for and night, and the ability to just wander around the city make the simulator much more realistic.

Pros of the game:

  • A system of supporting yourself for the number of orders you have
  • Changing cycles of day and night
