My Escort Company

Look, My Escort Company has a ton of negative reviews online about it, but I am going to try and look at the positives. Let me start by saying that this is a game that is in early access and saying that it is in early access is actually being very kind! You see, this game feels like it is in the earliest alpha stage that you could get away with releasing a game in if I am being honest. However, despite the extreme lack of content, as someone that loves lewd content and loves management games, I can see a ton of potential here and that is what I am going to try and focus on.

Making Money Off Her Hard Work

I have certainly played games like My Escort Company before where the idea is that you run a brothel or escort company. It is a great idea for a lewd game and I think that the whole anime style of things here can potentially give this game a lot of personality. However, as of me writing, the translation is rather rough and there does not appear to be much in the way of story tying things all together here.

A Collection Of Beauties

Of course, an escort agency is only going to be as good as the chicks working there and so far My Escort Company has three lovely ladies for us to hire in, Aki, Hayami, and Rini. Each girl has her own style, personality, and so on and I think that to be fair, they have done a good job of making sure each girl is different. They have said that while the current version of the game only has three girls, there are 11 girls planned (12 if you include the exclusive one for Patreon members) so I think that there is going to be a lot of variety here in terms of the girls when the game is complete.

A Demo Before A Demo!

A huge part of the criticism being thrown the way of My Escort Company in the state it is in as I write this is that there is nothing to do! The idea is that you hire a girl for a sum and then you put her to work, making money as you do. It is a balancing act where you send her out to clients, improve her stats and make sure that she is getting rest in between. The idea is sound, but as of writing the execution is not there. The math is all wrong, you can get locked in a certain menu and there is just not enough to do. All you can do is click around menus and check out the art.

Speaking Of Art!

I think that My Escort Company is a great looking game. Each of the three girls are very cute and the little bit of lewd content that is here is fantastic and animated very well. There is a lot of body fluid flying so if that is your thing you will get a kick out of this. I think the game looks and moves great, I liked how colorful and vibrant the menus and screens were too which for a management style game is good as it stops it from becoming too boring too fast. What is here visually is good, but you can see it all in like 10 minutes.

Pros:

• I like the idea of running an escort agency
• It has some interesting management sim style things in place already
• The three available girls are cute
• It says the gameplay will be deep and more girls will be added

Cons:

• As of writing, there is nothing to do here at all, it is like a pre alpha build
• I have no idea when the first substantial update is due
