Para Ark

Para Ark is a solid lewd RPG that with just a little bit more tweaking could be fantastic. I can see why this game is a bit of an acquired taste and I will admit, I did nearly jack it in. However, I am pleased that I stuck with it as it ended up being fun. I did have to get to grips with some of the game’s quirks and the whole pregnancy thing was not something that I found all that hot if I am being honest. Yet, I was enjoying myself enough to keep pushing through and wanting to play more of what the game had to offer.

To Boldy Bang Where No One Has Banged Before

I guess I would have to say that Para Ark is kind of a space opera as far as the setting and story goes. We play a badass space explorer who is travelling to different planets in order to have sex and breed a bunch of different creatures. The story is not bad at all if you are into sci-fi and the whole exploration aspect and trying to breed new species did appeal to my sci-fi loving brain. I do think that some of the stuff here could have been explained a bit better, but for the most part I did enjoy it.

The Elephant In The Room

I said in the intro that the pregnancy fetish is not something I am into, but that is mainly what Para Ark is all about. Hey, no judgement at all if that is one of your kinks, more power to you and you are going to get a massive kick out of the lewd content here. However, for me, I just do not see the whole appeal of getting pregnant and having babies! Look, I can kind of see the appeal in that you are a dominant force getting people pregnant, but it just does not click with me like it does other people. If pregnancy is a fetish you are 100 percent not into, I honestly would not even bother giving this a try.

Exploring The Galaxy

Talking about the gameplay in Para Ark is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand there is so much I love here. The stuff in space where you get to engage in space combat via a cool mini-game and explore other ships is awesome and what ultimately kept me interested to keep on playing the game. However, you also go to planets and this is where it can start to get a bit grindy, the battles never change, you only have a few attacks and you tend to fight the same enemies over and over again. As you progress, resource management and crafting start to become a bigger deal. What is here is not bad at all, I just wish that it was balanced a bit better.

I Like Big Boobs As Much As Anyone

As it was just a few seconds ago, you probably remember my bitching about Para Ark being about pregnancy, well that really ties into the visuals. To be fair, the space ships and the planets look good, but I do wish there was more enemy variety. The lewd content if you are into the whole pregnancy and big boobs from being pregnant is sure to get you off and be something that you find very appealing. For me, I can appreciate the effort that went into the art in the game, but it just is not something that I find very sexy.

• I liked the space setting
• Space combat was way more fun than I thought it would be
• It has some neat ideas for a lewd RPG

• The game starts to get grindy and repetitive
• Those who are not into pregnancy will probably lose interest quite quickly

Para Ark is an erotic visual novel that perfectly demonstrates the process of survival on a strange planet with no less strange inhabitants. Together with a group of stormtrooper researchers go to the epicenter of the attack of alien unintelligent life forms.
