Pocket Waifu

Ok, so we have to start by saying that Pocket Waifu is a free to play game and it has all the trappings that you would expect from a free to play game. Still, any game that lets you have a bunch of hot ladies as your own personal pets cannot be all that bad right? The game was first available on PC, but it has since made the jump to mobile devices and from the offset, this had to be intended to be a mobile game!

Making A Deal With A Succubus

The “plot” of the game if you can call it that is basically just an excuse for a bunch of chicks to find you attractive. You make a deal with a succubus that means girls ant to be with you and they come to your house and well you know where Pocket Waifu is going from a mile away!

Get Your Hand Out Of My Pocket

I have to say that I like the idea of the game. It is kind of like all of these ladies are your own personal pet. The idea is that you get them stuff and make them happy so that you can unlock the sex scene. There are 12 different girls in the game and each one of them unlocks a new mini-game that you can play. The mini-games are specific to each girl. For example, Mary has the Dancing Snake mini-game, Cleo has the Cat Race, Annabelle has the Sky Jump and Sakaki has Spiral. These mini-games are ok, but they do break up things a tad.

The thing with Pocket Waifu is the same issue that I have with the majority of free to play games I have played over the years and that is the grind. The game has a paid subscription thing going on and while you can play it for a few days for free. You will be lucky to have unlocked just the first sex scene in that time! To be fair, this does give you a tase if the game is going to be something for you or not.

Who Are Your Favorite Girls?

The selection of girls is very good in Pocket Waifu. I am sure we will all have our favorite, mine is Cleo by the way. The visuals are nice and bright and I do feel that on a mobile screen the images do look a bit sharper than they do when they are blown up on a PC screen.

The music is just kind of there and in all honesty, it does get a tad annoying. However, I do not know about you, but I tend to play most of my mobile games with the sound off so it is not a big deal.

Pros:

• I do think the idea is quite good
• Lots of clothing and accessories you can get your ladies
• Each girl has her own personality and style
• I liked the bright visuals
• I am sure some people will find the gameplay very addicting

Cons:

• It is a very stingy free to play game
• It takes ages to unlock the sex content
