Dwindling Away

Oh, man am I doing a national service by talking about Dwindling Away. This is a game where at first I thought it looked really cool and then I learned a little thing about a fetish called, “vore” I have played a great deal of lewd games and games where you play as a smaller dude getting it on with giant woman, but this whole vore thing was new to me and I can hand on heart say that vore is not a thing for me. The thing is, you take this stuff out and I am probably giving this game like an 8 out of 10.

Big Girls, Big Problems

The plot of Dwindling Away has you playing as a dude who fancies himself as a bit of a ladies man. He comes across some pretty hot chicks and things look great and like he is going to be getting laid all the time. Well, turns out that all these chicks are also witches and they decide to teach him a lesson and shrink him down to make sure he is going to satisfy them just the way he wants.

Look, as a concept, I can get behind the whole big hot chicks using a man for their own pleasure. I think had they just stopped there then it would have been great, but these ladies actually want you to fully get inside them!

I Love Big Ladies & I Cannot Lie

This is a game that is made with RPG maker so Dwindling Away has two art styles. The first one is the top-down section where you explore and so on. They make your character super tiny and he can be hard to see, apart from that I think the top-down RPG sections of the game are more than fine and do have a lot of charm to them.

What we have to talk about is the CGs that the game has. Going for a more realistic kind of look, this game has some very hot girls and you get to see them naked a great deal. These ladies are Smoking!!!! As The Mask would say, anyway, it is all going good until the little shrunken dude has to go beyond having sex with them and actually going fully inside them. I found out pretty quickly that vore is not for me and it actually turned me off from the game.

Mini Games For A Mini Guy!

The gameplay on offer here is your typical RPG maker kind of lewd game. One thing that I do like about Dwindling Away in terms of the gameplay is that it is pretty good at letting you know what you need to do. Granted, at first, it just throws you in, but you do get a tutorial and I think that the way it keeps the wandering around and wondering what you have to do to a minimum which I feel does cut down on the frustration.

The sex scenes in the game that are not “vore” released are awesome and very well done. What is interesting, is that you have to play these mini game type events where you have to press the arrow keys in the right order to make sure you are satisfying the girls just right. There is a bit of a grind here and the “combat” has a bit of a grind to it, but it is perfectly serviceable.

Pros:

• This game has fantastic female characters
• The idea of being shrunken down is pretty cool
• I like that the game does not take itself too seriously
• If vore is your jam, you are in for a treat here

Cons:

• Vore is a very specialized kind of fetish and it is not for me!
• The game may hold your hand a tad too much
