Hole Dweller

Hole Dweller is a lewd game where the numbers keep on going up. No, this is not some kind of clicker game, I would actually say that an RPG is probably the best category to pigeonhole this game into. I was not sure what to expect with this game and as I write this, I know that what you are about to read makes this sound like a rather unassuming kind of game. However, I found this to be a very addictive experience and something that is a lot of fun to play.

Some Real Hardcore Drilling

As far as the story of Hole Dweller goes, I am still not exactly sure what to make of it. Some big entity has lost this thing called a shard. They cannot go and get it themselves, so they have given us a body and tasked us with retrieving their shard. We get what the game calls a caravan, but it is like a big building on wheels and it is designed so that we can drill into the ground and get to this shard. Oh, we can also fill it up with 9 hot characters to help us and also have sex with us of course.

Getting Into The Groove!

It was the gameplay of Hole Dweller that got me hooked here. It has a gameplay loop where you go over to a tile, you gather up the resources, you get to drill and by drill, I am sure you know what I mean as this is a XXX game after all. The game is very fast paced and you can select what characters you want to be in your party and each one as you would expect has things that make them special. You can also customize them so that they look the way you want as well. There are various things that you can buy, upgrade, and so on and what I like is that there is new game plus here so you can replay the game, but with your much stronger characters and better stuff.

A Tale That Is Under

The core gameplay outside of what I have described in Hole Dweller is kind of like what we had with Undertale. You move the little cursor character around and dodge bullets, all the while attacking. It all happens at a quick pace so there is no long winded turn based combat here. There is a decent selection of enemies in the game and the combat is easy to figure out, but the addictiveness comes into play as you start to get stronger and better equipment. It is the kind of thing that sounds way more complex than it actually is. It is very pick up and play in its design and that is a huge part of what I liked about it.

A Very Furry Adventure

The whole style of Hole Dweller is that of a furry style game. The game is very character driven and the way as I said you can change the appearance of your characters ranging from some kind of thick character to a futa gives you a lot to play around with. As you fill up the love meters of each character you get to see the XXX scenes. The game is done with pixel art and that is something I get a huge kick out of and the quality of the pixel art and the animation is very well done. However, I do have to be honest and say that there was not anything here that I found all that hot.

Pros:

• I enjoyed the bullet hell shooter kind of gameplay
• There are many different characters in the game
• I liked the dialogue between the different characters
• It is a very addictive kind of game

Cons:

• The furry pixel art is great, but I did not find it sexy
• On a couple of occasions, I did have a bit of lag as I played
