Vega Hunters

When I heard that Vega Hunters was a sci-fi-themed lewd game, I knew that I was in! I love a lewd game that tries to have a good story with all of the banging! If you enjoy lewd games where there is a sci-fi twist then you are exactly the kind of person that needs to take a closer look at this game.

Bladerunner or Boobrunner?

The basic story of the game is that you play as an alien bounty hunter who is going from planet to planet looking to pick up smoking hot criminals. You want to do this for the payday, but you also want to get laid in the process. You come across various other bounty hunters on your quest and they can join you on your quest to get paid and laid!

What I liked about the setting and the story of Vega Hunters was that it had a very Bladerunner kind of vibe for me and I enjoyed it. It was well done and as a sci-fi fan I got a real kick out of some of the nods to things I like, ED-209 is in the game for goodness sake and that is awesome!

That Is Smooth… The Graphics I Mean

The premise of the game already had me interested, but when I saw the artwork, I was all in. This game uses a cartoon/comic book art style and it is fantastic. It has a very polished and high-end look to it and it features some of the hottest looking animated girls I have seen in quite some time. Even the different locations you go to look good, the person behind the game is clearly a massive sci-fi fan as you can see little inspirations all over the place.

Vega Hunters does have animation and it is good and kind of weird. The sex has animation which is great. However, when a female character is just standing there talking, her boobs (and in some cases what is down below) will have this really odd bouncing and pulsating animation that is kind of weird. You stop noticing it after a while, but it is a tad too much.

Get The Bounty, Get Some Action

For the most part, you will be in various dialogue trees as you talk to various people. You usually have two or three replies that you can say and it is up to you to say the right thing in order to move the story along in the right way, get the information you need, and maybe even get laid! It is the kind of thing you have done a million times before in a lewd game and this game does it very well. Moving around is easy enough as you just use the mouse to click on a planet, or an arrow for where you want to go, or your dialogue choice.

There is also a bit of action as the game has these shooting sections. You do not actually have a ton of control in these, but I thought they were a fun addition and they fitted the style of the game very well. I just wish they gave us, the player a bit more control here.

Pros:

• I loved the sci-fi setting of the game
• It has some fantastic visuals
• The sex is animated pretty well
• I liked the different characters
• The idea of playing as a bounty hunter is cool

Cons:

• The “idle” animations are very strange
• I do wish you had more control in the shooting sections
