Clouzy! is a video game that presents an interesting concept with the world’s first daycare that is entirely dedicated to clouds. For a lot of people that haven’t heard of the game before, it might sound strange that clouds need daycare services to thrive, but the way this title presents it makes for an interesting gameplay loop that we can’t help but find adorable!

In Clouzy!, you’ll need to treat all the little clouds that will be encountered with a lot of love, attention and care. This is done by learning their tastes, preferences and distates. So you’ll need to keep quite a few things in mind to make the most of your companionship.

To give your fluffball friends an ideal experience, you’ll need to get acquainted with the land. In other words, finding different Clouzy variants, crafting new recipes for them to eat and much more. You’ll be able to gather your ingredients from the crops you farm in the game’s world. These ingredients will help you craft a need for the Clouzy variants. Along the line, you’ll even get to discovery new crops as you play, allowing you to invent new dishes that will go a long way in solidifying your progression.

Exploration

In the world of Clouzy, you will get to explore the land, discover new Clouzy variants for you interact with and teach new things. There’s also a nice presence for lovers of puzzles that you can solve while enjoying the calm ambience of Clouzy’s universe.

As you encounter new and unique finds across the universe, you’ll be able to fill out a codex of journal entries with tales of your epic excavations, while also managing to keep track of newly discovered variants of the cute Clouzy fluffs. The variants you encounter can be bonded with for a nice feeling of satisfaction. They’ll get closer to you when you’re able to know them better and fulfill their wishes. They aren’t too difficult to please, although there are quite a few Clouzies that are a bit snobbish. Still, they’ll only ever really need food to fix their moody fits. The specific fruits and toys they prefer are sure to lift up their spirits pretty quickly.

Verdict

For a farming simulator, Clouzy! is a game that brings a relatively fun concept to the table. Releasing for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows PC and Nintendo Switch, this is a title that should definitely reach the hands of many farm sim game enthusiasts. Whether or not they’ll favor a title like Clouzy! over titles like Animal Crossing: New Horizons, or Stardew Valley and a plethora of fleshed out farming sims, is only a matter of time and luck.
