DOOMINATION

DOOMINATION is one of the most fun trainer style games I have played this year. Now, I will warn you that as I write this, the game is still fairly early in development. However, what is here is a lot of fun and if you are into your comic book lewd parodies, I am sure that you are going to have some fun and get a real kick out of the crazy and strange story that is being told here. Hopefully, by the time you read this, more content will have been added to the game.

Dr. Doom Has Lost His Mojo

The story of DOOMINATION is set in a very strange take on the world of Marvel. The villainous Dr. Doom has been defeated and not just defeated, he has lost his special powers, his memories, and pretty much everything that made him Dr. Doom! A strange woman called, Ratri has shown up and she promises to help Doom get back to his former glory. However, he is not 100 percent trustful of this strange woman who wants to aid him.

Not What I Was Expecting

The story in DOOMINATION takes a pretty interesting turn as Dr. Doom pretty much becomes a pimp who owns a nightclub! There is a decent selection of Marvel characters that you have to train in the game and this is something I thought was fun and got a real chuckle out of. I think if you like it when comic book characters are shown in a fun and lewd way, you will have a smile on your face the whole time you are playing this. I popped really hard and was like “hell yeah” when Deadpool showed up!

Training Your Way Back!

As far as the actual gameplay of DOOMINATION goes, it is ok. You have to train these ladies so that they can make you money. For some strange reason, Dr. Doom is broke and needs to make fat stacks of cash. This is the one area of the story/game that I feel is a bit forced as it is just there to basically get you to train girls to bang dudes so that you can make money. It is stuff I have seen and done in a trainer style game a million times before, but it somehow manages to work here.

Turning The Pages

I think the nice and bright style that they have works perfectly with what they are trying to do here in DOOMINATION. The game has a kind of comic book, Saturday morning animated series to it that I really like. I do think that it could have done with a bit more animation if I am being honest. However, the game is still pretty early in development and I am sure that will be something that is worked on. Overall, I am really into the whole style the game has going on and when a Marvel character does show up it is pretty awesome.

Pros:

• You play as Dr. Doom and that is pretty awesome
• The game has a great sense of humor
• I liked the way you had to train girls
• The game is very easy to play and not cryptic at all

Cons:

• You do need to be into Marvel to get the best out of this game
• I wish that there was a bit more animation in the game
